I took my Investigation to Kaduna State on the 2nd of Jan 2021. To unravel the truth behind the Kaduna sex party, and the demolished ASHER KINGS & QUEENS RESTAURANT. Alleged as venue.

 From my findings, i discovered that, Gov @elrufai has continuously used KASUPDA. (Kaduna State Urban Planning And Development Agency) to target the properties of his political opponents in Kaduna state. He targets christian owned businesses. Especially the ones in southern Kaduna
Just like Asher Kings & Queens restaurant was demolished on flimsy excuse, KASUPDA has in the last one year demolished 4 flourishing hospitality businesses in Southern Kaduna alone. Under the leadership of DG, Isma'i Umaru Dikko.
In may 2020, Gov @elrufai used KASUPDA, to demolish a popular Pub, located at Command junction, in Southern Kaduna. GM CAR PARK AND RELAXATION CENTRE, on flimsy excuse. But after investigation, i discovered that the owner is Igbo (Emeka Ugwua) Christian, & friends to PDP members.
On Monday 20th July 2020, at about 5:44am, while guests were still asleep, Gov @elrufai sent in the Bulldozers of KASUPDA, into the popular GREEN APPLE HOTEL/NIGHT CLUB in Naraiyi High Cost Area of southern Kaduna.
As early as 5:30am, the hotel was sourounded by men of SARS.
But after digging deep to know the true reasons, behind the demolition, i discovered that. The hotel is owned by Mrs Laureticia Mallam. A former minister of Environment under @GEJonathan, and a strong PDP stalwart in Kaduna state. Infact, her son runs and manages the hotel.

On the 31st of December 2020, Gov @elrufai approved the demolition of EMPIRE HOTEL at high cost junction, Southern Kaduna. The hotel was brought down to rubbles. But the true story behind it's demolition, will bring tears to your eyes. If you are a Nigerian with conscience.
After digging deep, to know the truth behind it's demolition, i discovered that Empire hotel only crime is, it is close to a mosque, owned by a christian, and runs a Night club.
Some Jihadist wrote to the management of the hotel in the past.
Asking them to shut down the hotel, & the night club. That, it is too close to a mosque. But the hotel management ignored them. Since Gov @elrufai appointed Isma'i Umaru Dikko, a known religious fundamentalist as DG KASUPDA in 2019, he took it upon himself, to fight Empire Hotel.
Despite the fact that, the Hotel is located in a predominantly, christian dominated South. He used his office, as KASUPDA DG, to promote the agendas of the Islamic Jihadist. And alas, Gov @elrufai gave the approval for it's demolition on flimsy excuse as usual.
On the 31st of December 2020, on the same day Empire Hotel was demolished, Gov @elrufai, through KASUPDA, went for the property, and business of Mrs Aisha Mercy Yakubu. The wife of Kaduna state @OfficialPDPNig PRO Alberah Catoh. That was the straw that broke the camel's back.
2 trucks of heavily armed @PoliceNG officers were sent to Asher Kings & Queens restaurant, on the 27th of Dec 2020. In what the govt through KASUPDA claimed, to be the venue for the Kaduna sex party.
The CEO & Owner, Aisha Mercy Yakubu, was arrested and datained for a night.
Her husband, Alberah Catoh, the Kaduna State PDP PRO, was invited by the state @PoliceNG command, for questioning over the Kaduna sex party. He went there voluntarily, after which, he was allowed to go home. But unknown to him, the government had it's own agenda.
The commissioner of @PoliceNG Kaduna state, immediately called a press conference, even without conducting a proper Investigation. He claimed to have arrested 4 suspects, in connection with the Kaduna Sex party, and they all confessed to have participated in organizing it.
The commissioner of police Kaduna state, Umaru Muri, went ahead to name the @OfficialPDPNig PRO Alberah Catoh, as one of those arrested, & he confessed to have participated in organizing the Kaduna sex party. He later paraded 4 suspects for the crime, without Alberah being among.
After the press conference, Bulldozers were rolled into, Asher Kings and Queens restaurant by KASUPDA.
That was how a 34 million naira investment, was targeted, because of political reasons.
We can all see why State Police, will be a mess in the hands of Governors like @elrufai

These rapprochements might be applauded by Western powers that advocate for regime change, but are disturbing for people in the region. After all, these are the same forces the Kurds have been fighting off for years, and that have taken large swats from the lands they held.

Areas such as Ras al-Ayn, Afrin, Tal Abyad and Suluk, which were previously under Kurdish control, have been violently taken and occupied by the same ‘Syrian opposition’ the SDC now wants to cooperate with.

Dozens – if not hundreds – of civilians and Kurdish fighters were killed in these clashes, and I can only imagine how the families of the victims of these radical groups will feel about the prospect of cooperation with their killers.

Hire purchase terms of purchase is where by you identify a car in a dealership, negotiate for its final price, pay an agreed deposit upfront then clear balance in defined period of time I.e in 6/12/18/20/24 months. So HP =Deposit + total Monthly Installments.

Whenever a bank offers to buy you a car, there is always a 99.9% chance that they will retain the logbook[A substitute for a collateral in lending] A logbook is the only instrument of ownership for any car in Kenya. So the bank will issue you with your logbook once you finish,

Like all captivity of sentient life fish farming is creating disease. This ends up in the wider ecosystem damaging and polluting wildlife.


Worldwide demand for seafood is expected to double in the next two decades A recent global survey in has estimated that we could see sea life vanish altogether by 2048. Due to the relentless fishing and relentless pollution. The corals are dying.


Whales:

Despite a moratorium on commercial whaling and a ban on international trade of whale products, three countries-Iceland, Japan, and Norway—continue their commercial whale hunts.

Not demanding good governance?.

If by this you mean the Vast majority of Nigerians that are in the lower class should demand for good governance, then I hope you know this can never be effective.

Why?

It is virtually impossible for the lower class citizens to gather and...

Demand for good governance. What do they know that they want to demand? The few among them that are "enlightened" will have their voices drown out by the many that are not. I hope you know that there will always be the ignorant, evil men (hired assassin, political thugs) and also

Good men, the proportion of good men to the ignorants and evil men in this social class is low. Therefore l, gathering to something meaningful will be low.

How will they even gather? Through elections? I also hope you know that the wicked political leaders will not just fold...

Their arms and not defend their rulership from being overthrown. They will surely sow misinformation, spread lies aimed at misleading the masses. This particular social class, that are also numerous will be easy to swallow such lies and cajoled. Buhari was sold to us as a...

After the phenomenon called Sri Chandrasekhara Bharati came another one - Sri Abhinava Vidya Teertha [1954-1989] the 35th Jagadguru. Srinivasa was born on Nov 13, 1917. He was initiated into Sanyasa by Sri Chandrasekhara Bharati in 1931. He was Jagadguru for 35 years.

He was chosen and specifically trained to take over Peetadhipatyam from Sri Mahaswami. He is majorly responsible for the way Sringeri currently is. He built various buildings for devotees, Gajashala, Gooshala etc.

Acharya on conversions:
Once a person approached Sri Acharya that some other religions are trying to convert Hindus and requested Sri AVT to do prevent these conversions.

AVT replied - what do u mean by religion? Religion i.e. mata is related to 'mati' or intellect.
Caste is called 'jAti' which is related to janana or birth.
Ex- breed of a cow. we cannot change its qualities to resemble another breed by changing its name.

The 2018 State of JavaScript survey is out. They got 20,000 responses and have some delicious, delicious data. I'mma thread in some highlights:

First up: JavaScript flavors. There's TypeScript at 47% adoption, a tad higher than npm's own survey results (which said 46%). npm's survey is coming up again soon and will ask about TypeScript in a lot more detail.


I really, *really* like SoJ's "would not use again" question, which lets people who've abandoned a tech self-identify. This is noticeable in the graph above with Flow users -- 41% of people who've used Flow say they wouldn't use it again.

Now JavaScript frameworks. It's been a full year since npm's survey, so these numbers differ from ours in the directions I expected:
React 65% (vs. 60%)
Vue 29% (vs. 24%)
Ember 5% (vs 4%, I was expecting a bigger rise)

But there's a shocker in here: Angular.


npm's survey had Angular at 40% last year and SoJ has it at either:
- 58% (if you include those who don't want to use it again)
- 24% (if you count only those who like it)
Since npm's question didn't ask if they intend to *continue* using it I think that might explain this.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND YAJNA

Fire is, of course, one of the greatest discovery of mankind. Our control over the fire dramatically changed the entire human habits; earlier it was used to cook food, protection from animals and to stay warm.


Among the many applications of fire, one is Yajna (यज्ञ, yajña); also called as Havana (हवन) or Agnihotra (अग्निहोत्र).
Yajna is elaborately described in Yajurveda. In Yajurveda, Yajna is the greatest among all works (Karman). One can purify his /her soul by performing Yajna.

In Vedic culture, it is thought that the holy fire is the mediator between Gods and us; when the offerings are made to Yajna with chanting mantras, it directly reaches the Gods, who bless the people with rains, food, health, and good luck.

According to Apastamba Sutra, the definition of Yajna is Vedic sacrifice; an act by which we surrender something for gods e.g. grains (Anna), pulse, milk and milk product (ghee, butter, curd) fruits, plant juice (soma), etc.

As we said; Yajna is the contact medium for gods and

to seek their blessings.

There are many types of Yajna performed by Hindus for e.g.,

1. Rajsuya Yajna
2. Ashwamedha Yajna
3. Chaaturmasya Yajna
4. Vaajpey Yajna
5. Purushmedha Yajna
6. Sarvamedha Yajna

Chennimalai Murugan Temple is located  near Perunthurai in Erode District. Murugan is worshipped here as Dandayudapani. Temple is situated on the banks of Noyyal river also called Kanchima Nadhi. Temple is situated in a hill


Sthala Puranam says that, there lived a Landlord who had many cows in his farm. One among them was a Black Cow, which didn't give milk. Land lord observed that evening time, when all the cows came back after grazing, this cow used to go to a particular spot and gave all  the milk


by itself. He decided to dig the spot where the cow gave its milk

On digging a beautiful Vigraham of Murugan was found, but lower portion was very rough. So he called a great sculptor to soften it. Everyone was shocked to see that on the first chisel the vigraham bleeded.


Land lord realized that Murugan wanted the Vigraham the way it was.

Thus Prathishta was done on Chennimalai hill. It is believed that Sivalaya Chola got relieved from his Brahmahatti Dosha here. Kanda Shasti Kavacham was first offered here.
