President Trump can launch a nuclear strike at any time.

A launch order is considered legal if it comes from the President, his identity is confirmed, and it is part of a pre-approved target package FULL STOP. There are NO FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.
It is widely reported that the President needs the Secretary of Defense to concur with a launch order. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The two-person rule DOES NOT apply to the President.
The Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of staff play only an advisory role. They are not part of the nuclear chain of command.
All of the pre-planned attack options contained in the Presidential Emergency Satchel (Football) are pre-approved and considered legal to meet requirements under the Laws of Armed Conflict.
This process is done by STRATCOM and is reviewed by JAG to meet the legal requirements of this law. This pre-approval allows for immediate execution of an Emergency War Order by the president at ANY time.

No one can stop a launch order. Doing so would require mutiny in the chain of command. If this occurred another person could move into the position and continue the execution of the order.
Under the code of military justice, all members of the Military must obey LEGAL orders from commanders or face a court martial.
He cannot launch a nuclear weapon unless it is part of a pre-planned attack package. If he wants to attack a target that is not in the OPLAN, STRATCOM has to generate an attack plan and that plan must go through the legal approval process before it can be used.
Here’s the whole Procedure:

Trump asks the officer carrying the football to open the briefcase. Trump choses from a list of major, limited, or select attack options.

This selection is communicated with the officer on watch at the National Military Command Center
Trump reads personal authentication code that he carries with him in a sealed container to the officer who responds with his own authentication code. This process confirms the order is coming from the President.
The order is passed straight to STRATCOM or to forces in the field as an Emergency Action Message

Ground based Minutemen ICBM’s are launched within a few minutes of receipt of the EAM. Other weapon systems take different amounts of time.

Ok. I began this journey because of Pizz'gat3, deehate cabal, Trump etc. Now it has led to RH- bloodtypes, (of which I am one). This is another rabbit hole, and suddenly close to home. Joining the dots of info I have read so far, other RH- stories and my own history (pt1)

-putting aside all of the theories of Nephilim, reptilians, aliens, etc. I think I was an experiment as a child. I was adopted by a military person and had an extremely traumatic and abusive upbringing. Watching trans videos has made me remember how I was forced to dress (pt2)

in boy clothes as a child. My hair was always cut off short. My sister wore all of the pink clothes, long hair & ribbons. I had the blue, the dungarees, the shit hacked off hair cut, and was given marbles, train sets, and racing cars to play with. I was effectively a tomboy (pt3)

This remained with me through to this day. I am still largely interested in male activities. But I did get ridiculously into pink and all girly things, to the point of now being awake and realising it is childish and mkultra programming. I was sexually and physically abused (pt4)

I also wonder, as I have medical issues and was given meds my whole life and only ever visited military hospitals & medical healthcare in my childhood, what meds was I given? I do have an extremely strong physique for a female. It is often commented on how unnatural it is (pt 5)

At this point we learned the boy child has allergies.

I forgot to remark upon the presence of the very cute grandson, who was very small and gave not one shit about the yelling. I believe a sister or aunt was present and feeling very stressed. I wanted to hand her a Xanax or seven.

It was really hard to not jump in and say, "Sounds like you guys are going to have a fun meal tomorrow!" so they could unite in hatred against me, the outsider, and stop squabbling. Instead I exchanged glances with a nearby fellow lady patron, who also emotionally ate a cookie.

Anyway, I want to thank the random family for yelling about rape and the Holocaust in an Israeli cafe in the US of A today because it reminded me that while this country isn't the greatest, it is inevitably my stupid favorite and I am never, ever bored.

My dad led an organization of over 300,000 employees.

When I took on my biggest marketing & events team to date (35 employees) I asked him how the *heck* he did it. Here's what he said and what helped me every day. 🧵

Remember you're leading all the employees under you, but you're not *managing* them all. You're managing your direct reports, which should be 5-7 individuals max. Focus on them.

When you interact with the employees you don't manage directly, get to know them as people first, that'll be the most valuable information in leading them. Remembering everything you learn about them is hard, but doing so will make you a superhero.

If you're not going to empower the managers under you, why do you have them? If you see room for improvement, let the manager know and let them make the change on their teams and come to you with questions/concerns. This will save you SO much time.

If you're the smartest person in any room - you're doing it wrong. As a leader, your job is bringing together the best people to get the job done - your skillset is identifying those people, not being one of them.

Hey, for people interested in this stuff, here's a thread about a change we made to running our facebook account:

So, about 5 years ago, we got on facebook. Why? Well, facebook has a big audience and they like to consume on facebook. So, we started posting comics there, even though we got paid nothing and facebook made money off the free content.

Why? Because back then, once in a while, you would say "also hey, I sell books" or "hey, I'm going to be signing at this event" and your facebook followers would actually see it.

Effectively, the implicit old arrangement was "facebook lets me reach readers efficiently, and I supply facebook with free content they run ads on."

Over time, like a bad business partner, facebook basically made it impossible to reach your audience without *paying them*. Thus, you supply them free content on which they run ads, and you get nothing in exchange.
