We all believe Aaron has been better this season compared to the Arsenal right back Bellerin.
Since today is #ARSMUN , here is my combined 11 for the two.
I use the 4-3-3 formation, with 2 holding midfielders nd an attacking midfielder .
1.BERND LENO
A tough decision between the two great goal keepers, I go with Bernd.
Though he just edges David

There is going to be a heated discussion here, Like shaw has been good too. But KT takes this in my line up.
The Ivory coast defender has been good this season and has saved united on several occasions. He slides in this line up with ease
The £80M defender will be chosen alongside his teammate in central defence. Their partnership has proven to be the best for ole's side this season
The Swiss comes in to play the defensive and holding roles in my midfield. Many might argue with my selection, but GRANIT has been good with assists and goals this season, and has done good defensively for his side
The young gun gets his slot without competition. He is basically Arsenal's best player
Being a french national football team supporter, Paul has to be in this team, not because I like him, but because I have watched him in several teams and he possess every trait a midfielder should have. He partners with Xhaka.
The french striker comes ahead of the likes of Aubameyang, Cavani, Martial, and Ighalo, he is not having the best season, but his work rate and team work earns him a place in this line up
Do I have to say much about the portuguese?? He has been amazing since his arrival in munchester. He arguably the best player on the planet right now. His creative traits can win you every match.
It had to be Marcus here. He is not on a good run for the past 4 or 5 games, but he was phenomenal since the begining of the season. He beats Greenwood or Aubameyang to the spot on the left wing.
1. David Dagea
2. Luke shaw
3. Rob Holding
4. Thomas Partey
5. Mason Greenwood
6. Scott Mctominy
7. Aubameyang

Andrew is correct at the neurological level. The cognitive and ecological explanations of the brain and behaviour are completely different. Saying you’re an eclectic coach at this level is like saying you
Many coaches advocate for picking and choosing methods from a variety of theoretical camps, on the premise that which is best \u2018depends\u2019 on the player, the coach, etc and you want the biggest toolkit you can get.

I think this is an error, which I will now attempt to defend
believe the earth is round and flat. It’s simply not possible.
You CANNOT say that in one activity you are helping players build representations/memory (cognitive) and in another activity you’re helping players attune to specifying information in the environment (ecological).
No matter how much we scream eclecticism, at the neurological level Andrew is correct. But after this Andrew is incorrect.
He is basing his critique of an ‘it depends’ stance at a neurological ‘representations vs information’ level (see his thread). But this isn’t the level that
‘it depends’ functions (in a coaching context). ‘It depends’ exists at the behavioural level (certainly not the neurological level). ‘It depends’ relates to decision making around individual and group differences, as well as context. Coaching, by and large, is about helping
people manage and change behaviour – how a coach does this will ‘depend’ on a number of individual, group and contextual factors. That is the most important level of coaching and we don’t have to go to the neurological level to deliver efficaciously and effectively
It's a relegation playoff between CD Universidad & Colo Colo it has all of Chile holding it's breath. (THREAD)
It's all because the away side is Colo Colo, the country's biggest, most successful club, with 32 titles & the only Chilean Copa Libertadores trophy.
They have never even come close to relegation & the sheer thought of going down is causing all kinds of scenes across the country

To the 5,000 fans outside who awaited the team bus outside the training ground for one last motivational
Bus carrying Colo-Colo team to Talca took off some time ago. This was filmed by forward Javier Parraguez. Chillz, literal chillz...

2) Facebook engineered ways to access user's call history w/o alerting users:
Team considered access to call history considered 'high PR risk' but 'growth team will charge ahead'. @Facebook created upgrade path to access data w/o subjecting users to Android permissions dialogue.
