So, let's recap:
1. Probably through cheating, we "elected" a grifter fool slimebag white supremacist four years ago.
2. He immediately started us down the road to fascism via the news station controlled by what was once the Republicans but now the Fascist Party.

 3. They did both evil racist things, like starting concentration camps and ignoring natural disasters in places where there were ppl of color and working to remove health care from everyone because people of color might get healthcare too.
4. So both evil racist things and also inexplicably stupid things like gutting the Clean Air and Water Act, trying to destroy as much wildlife as possible and deciding destroying the entire planet wld be a neat idea.
5. The people fought back hard for the healthcare and the states where more non-fascists lived did their part by marching peacefully, calling their reps daily, and running for office. The busiest group among these were women of color.
6. Meanwhile, a lot of weird things happen, including events where troops died and Twitler 2.0 lied every single day while looking lustfully at his daughter (which will always be super gross--people voted for a man who openly said he was sexually attracted to his own child)
7. After nearly 3 years of this mess, where news orgs blamed Democrats for everything (no) and interviewed countless white men in diners all across the midwest, and w/one bright spot, where the non-fascist ppl swept the 2018 election, we were hit with a worldwide pandemic.
8. The Fascist in the WH with his creepy minions, including Stephen (yes, he's a Nazi) Miller, etc. told Republicans who immediately sold stock, while his daughter bought up coffins. Children's coffins. (think of that for a sec) but no one in the administration did anything else.
9. Because there was only golfing and no governing, the pandemic spread like wildfire and we have nearly 400,000 dead. But in a weird twist, because we stayed home and sent out paper ballots, old Orange Butthold was shellacked in the election.
10. Of course, this victory is denied and downplayed by the press, who everyone is still pretending don't realize "bothsiderism" is wrong, which, why are you guys doing that? They know what they are doing is wrong. They are mostly white men who voted for Trump. Duh.
11. Speaking of that,we also had a social revolution in the midst of all this where women suddenly said, "You know, this thing where we're scared all the time and never go out at night and put keys in between our fingers and ignore sexual assault and harassment is some bullshit."
12. Back to the pandemic,it is raging;people are dying and the selfish racist white ppl who worship, inexplicably worship the ugly Orange Nightmare in the WH, prob because he lets them think they can openly start lynching more Black ppl again, these racist refuse to wear masks.
13. Or socially distance. Or basically behave as if other people exist at all. All the while claiming still that they are pro-life. Cognitive Dissonance and Irony get sloshed and get on plane to Vegas to get married.
14. In the midst of all this, a group of these moronic fools get invited to the WH and basically, let's be real, we all know this is what happened, are encouraged to storm the Capitol and kill all the Democrats by hanging them by the neck until dead. Also, they poop on the floor.
15. They fail because someone in the administration grows a conscience for abt 5 minutes, although this is later discarded as no one wants to punish the Jerk in the WH for ... reasons. I'm not even sure blackmail explains this behavior. It's just weird.

Jacob Rees-Mogg has admitted the Tory leadership coup looks like being delayed to December - after the 'meaningful vote' on the PM's Brexit deal.

Speaking on his @ConHome 'Moggcast': "Some people don't want a leadership vote now, they would like it when the meaningful vote comes up and think that is the time to put in letters."

JRM: "I think the strength of feeling against the meaningful vote is much stronger than the number of letters that has gone in. If there are letters in, very few of those letters will be withdrawn - so the hurdle is much lower when the meaningful vote comes."

Trump is gonna let the Mueller investigation end all on it's own. It's obvious. All the hysteria of the past 2 weeks about his supposed impending firing of Mueller was a distraction. He was never going to fire Mueller and he's not going to


Mueller's officially end his investigation all on his own and he's gonna say he found no evidence of Trump campaign/Russian collusion during the 2016 election.

Democrats & DNC Media are going to LITERALLY have nothing coherent to say in response to that.

Mueller's team was 100% partisan.

That's why it's brilliant. NOBODY will be able to claim this team of partisan Democrats didn't go the EXTRA 20 MILES looking for ANY evidence they could find of Trump campaign/Russian collusion during the 2016 election

They looked high.

They looked low.

They looked underneath every rock, behind every tree, into every bush.

And they found...NOTHING.

Those saying Mueller will file obstruction charges against Trump: laughable.

What documents did Trump tell the Mueller team it couldn't have? What witnesses were withheld and never interviewed?

THERE WEREN'T ANY.

Mueller got full 100% cooperation as the record will show.

so my eldest brother, who is a moron, has been playing soldier with his moron friends in the deserts of texas for the last year preparing for the collapse of civilization if biden won (lol). they were burying food and ammo stashes out in the desert, running drills, crazy stuff

this included getting a cb license so he could be their lifeline to other groups of white idiots when the cell towers all went offline. wouldn't want to violate federal law while communicating with your resistance groups after the fall of the federal government i guess.

anyways, you would assume given that they've been prepping for the end of the world for at least a year they're well situated to ride out the rolling blackouts right?

their plan for cooking and heating during an extended power outage was natural gas, but like a lot of homes their gas service is out. the food in their freezer and fridge is already toast due to the power outrages, so they're down to canned stuff, but there's a catch.

they can get into the pull top cans just fine, but the ones that require an opener? their only can opener is electric. so a good 3/4 of his canned food store is inaccessible to him unless he goes after it with a knife, which i sincerely hope he does.

1/ A Short Thread About Civility and Calling Politicians Liars.

Nice people are sometimes uncomfortable that I call some politicians "liar". And I don't apologize for it.

But I don't call every politician "liar". Only the ones who deliberately tell provable lies and do so

2/ repeatedly. A lie is different from an accidental misstatement. For example, when @michaelaglasgo lied about her church's carbon tax, it could have been a genuine mistake. But she doubled down by telling other lies. And has since been caught in more.

3/ When @KayceeMaduYEG is caught lying, he doesn't do the right thing. He just plows ahead. As if lying doesn't matter.

So which is more uncivil: calling out people who lie a lot OR being in a position of public trust and lying to people in the first place?

4/ I think it's important that once a politician is found to lie repeatedly, like @jkenney , we never forget that anything they say could be a lie. We need to always weigh it. Look for lies of omission.

Civil discourse cannot survive if politicians lie all the time. It can't.

5/ So as rude as it might be, when members of @UCPCaucus tell lies, we should be calling them "liar" every time. As long as they think they're getting away with it, they won't stop. So shame them.

If the politician is a lawyer, report their behaviour to the Law Society.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND YAJNA

Fire is, of course, one of the greatest discovery of mankind. Our control over the fire dramatically changed the entire human habits; earlier it was used to cook food, protection from animals and to stay warm.


Among the many applications of fire, one is Yajna (यज्ञ, yajña); also called as Havana (हवन) or Agnihotra (अग्निहोत्र).
Yajna is elaborately described in Yajurveda. In Yajurveda, Yajna is the greatest among all works (Karman). One can purify his /her soul by performing Yajna.

In Vedic culture, it is thought that the holy fire is the mediator between Gods and us; when the offerings are made to Yajna with chanting mantras, it directly reaches the Gods, who bless the people with rains, food, health, and good luck.

According to Apastamba Sutra, the definition of Yajna is Vedic sacrifice; an act by which we surrender something for gods e.g. grains (Anna), pulse, milk and milk product (ghee, butter, curd) fruits, plant juice (soma), etc.

As we said; Yajna is the contact medium for gods and

to seek their blessings.

There are many types of Yajna performed by Hindus for e.g.,

1. Rajsuya Yajna
2. Ashwamedha Yajna
3. Chaaturmasya Yajna
4. Vaajpey Yajna
5. Purushmedha Yajna
6. Sarvamedha Yajna
