complete if your 21 chakras are functioning physically, psychologically, and emotionally. Besides, the rest of the chakras need to be activated if other dimensions have to become a living truth. Also, intellect needs to fuel up with energy. A numb intelligence is similar to being

The spiritual meaning of Namaste is profound. Particularly in Hinduism, Gods are worshiped by closing the eyes and joining the palms in reverence, which indicates the recognition of their divinity.

'While paying obeisance to God, bring the palms together. After joining the hands

one should bow and bring the head forward. While tilting the head forward, one should place the thumbs at the mid-brow region, i.e. at the point between the eyebrows and try to concentrate on the feet of the Deity. After that, instead of bringing the folded hands down immediately

they should be placed on the mid-chest region for a minute in such way that the wrists touch the chest; then only should the hands be brought down.
The fingers should not be stiff while bringing the palms together because this will lead to a decrease in Sattva component from the

vital and mental sheaths and thus increase the raja component in them. By keeping the fingers relaxed, the subtlest Sattva component will get activated. With the strength of this energy, embodied souls are able to fight powerful distressing energies.
In the Namaskar posture, the

joined fingers act as an antenna to assimilate the Chaitanya (Divine consciousness) or the Energy transmitted by a Deity. While joining the palms, the fingers must touch each other because leaving space between the fingers will result in accumulation of energy in that space.

the Sushruta Samhita is supported not only by anatomical knowledge and surgical procedural descriptions contained within its pages but also by the creative approaches that still hold true today.

Remember you're leading all the employees under you, but you're not *managing* them all. You're managing your direct reports, which should be 5-7 individuals max. Focus on them.

When you interact with the employees you don't manage directly, get to know them as people first, that'll be the most valuable information in leading them. Remembering everything you learn about them is hard, but doing so will make you a superhero.

If you're not going to empower the managers under you, why do you have them? If you see room for improvement, let the manager know and let them make the change on their teams and come to you with questions/concerns. This will save you SO much time.

If you're the smartest person in any room - you're doing it wrong. As a leader, your job is bringing together the best people to get the job done - your skillset is identifying those people, not being one of them.

Story says that, once there lived a weaver named Kuttan who was a Devi Bhaktan. During one festival time Kuttan was so pleased by the Devi Vigraham that he requested her to come along with him. At that time wind blew heavily and Cloths

in Vigraham flew. Kuttan immediately decorated Devi with his cloth which stuck to Vigraham and returned to his village and with his Umbrella. Devi came with him in that Umbrella and stayed in his place. This place is Mangottu Bhagavathi temple now.
