Body camera footage released in police shooting at Western High
Looks like he fired on a moving car with an unknown amount of kids in it (there were 4) and children on all sides of the vehicle, for some reason the officer had no concern for the life of any passengers or bystanders.

I promise there is no need to announce your departure. If something I post makes you mad, I don't want you here in the first place. If you cannot see what's wrong in this video you don't belong here in the first place.

It is a horror beyond words that Shane Patrick Boyle died because he fell $50 short of raising the money he needed for insulin.

Insulin was discovered in 1923 and was sold for $1. No one should beg, ration, go bankrupt, or die over it.

This feels to me like another sign that the world is off its hinges, so I sure hope we are going to find out that—despite there being no evidence of it—this was staged.
MAYHEM BETWEEN CHRIS ROCK AND WILL SMITH AT THE #Oscars pic.twitter.com/265hGbsEDg

(PS) Either that was the most straight-faced comic bit in major-television history—in fact *so* straight-faced it was a total failure—or mega-Hollywood star Will Smith just straight-up *assaulted* a famous comic during one of the most widely watched annual telecasts in the world.
(PS2) I’m agreeing with those of you saying it wasn’t a bit, I just wanted to leave room because... well, because I just can’t believe what happened. I do know that Jada’s hair is a sensitive subject for her, but between that and a violent assault is a hell of a lot of territory.
(VIDEO) Here is the uncensored version.
Not a bit—an assault.
(PS3) This affected me. I just said to my wife, “If Will Smith can’t keep it together at the *Oscars*, how the hell can any of *us* be expected to keep it together anymore?” I’m not saying that response makes sense, only that it reflected how I was feeling.
These are dark times.

A light shines on the Secret War in America. The super-rich libertarians have been funding an attack on our government. They have infiltrated the Republican party. This is obvious by all the actions of the Republican Congress. https://t.co/OiC5S65GBB The Secret War https://t.co/r9X8n2xjPc

This is not a conspiracy theory. It is in fact a conspiracy to overthrow democracy as we have known it for over 200 years. This movement is well documented throughout history and has failed because of democracy and each person's right to vote.
These rich families have chosen the Republican party to infiltrate with their groomed candidates who support a more libertarian view because they knew they were too far to the right of Republicans as a party to be elected by the democratic people of America.
As for the rest of the Republicans, they are between a rock and a hard place. They cannot refute what they know is wrong because they, and their party, are tied too heavily to the money and the industries linked to these rich families, e.g., Koch oil & gas companies.
The Republican party is the army for the rich families implementing a secret war on American democracy https://t.co/HbGaMrtVDU "The Secret War...", Dark Money by Jayne Mayer https://t.co/g1CerKxSGO and The Power Worshipers by Katherine Stewart
