But I wanna share a thing on why I hardly consult.

Few months after my first ancestral initiation, I tried to consult with someone. The person didn't get back to me for whatever reason. I too didn't probe because their silence felt like a message to me. So I didn't probe them and I eventually let it go.

A while later, the things I wanted to consult about revealed themselves in various ways. I literally mean various ways. So I eventually got SOME clarity. At some point this person I wanted to consult with me told me they had actually missed my enquiry.

At that point I didn't feel the need to consult anymore following the events that had taken place in my life and my receiving clarity through those events.

Through all this I was able to learn how my guides communicate and the pattern with which they work.

So I got to know them better and understand our connection better.

So when we say be patient, it's real guys. It's not to shove you off, you really need to get comfortable with waiting certain things out. And it's important to know that inside patience, there are things for you

@imaginejim Strangely enough, I can kinda relate to him on a certain level. He's a wise cracking tough guy, but once you dig deep enough you start to realize he has a big heart. He makes the wrong decisions sometimes but it's hard to blame him considering what he's been through.

I love Deadpool for the same reasons. Him and CGR are very similar, but CGR cannot break the fourth wall, so his story feels more contained, serious and real. There are times to be serious (just read Cosmic Ghost Rider Destroys Marvel History).

In the end, he's just a man who's suffered incredibly terrible loss, and instead of fighting for revenge, he fights to prevent others from suffering the fate that he did. For justice. Justice in his own, dark and twisted way, but justice nonetheless.

That is until Thanos kills everyone and he lives on Earth alone for many years. He becomes the Spirit of Vengeance. He's lost his marbles. For the first time in a long time, he had wanted company. Someone to love or to kill. But there was nobody.

And when Galactus arrives, he takes his chance for revenge. He fails, but he later succeeds. He is killed though, and sent to Valhalla.

Odin sends him back in time to when Thanos is an infant. Frank has the intention to kill him. To prevent the deaths of millions.

#Tenet The major problem I had with Tenet was not the complexities of the concepts, but how the characters weren't characters in themselves and merely existed just to serve the purpose of giving the audience an exposition of the ideas and rules of the world.

The very fact of a film, be it Tenet or any, being an espionage, sci-fi thriller subsumes the justification that characters need not be as emotionally deep as they are in art-house films thus rendering any sort of expectation to form an emotional connect with the characters…

…null; but I expect the film to flourish of its capacities and techniques otherwise which is what the previous films of Nolan did, at least until Inception.

Tenet from the very first go feels jarringly cut and leaves no room for the characters to develop and indulges in exposition dump in every other scene.

It makes the film-watching experience a puzzle-solving task that we are left at times wondering whether to watch the present scene or process what has just been seen.

Dear friends, most of you know about my brother Hakeem - (he's the older one, i'm the prettier one). But you don't know about my brother Dave. Dave was born a year after Hakeem and year before me - when my parents brought me home, I met both my brothers at the same time.

Dave's parents owned the home we all grew up in - 185 Rogers avenue in Brooklyn, a three story, multi-family house in the heart of Crown Heights. For the first 7 or so years of my life, Dave lived on the ground floor, Hakeem & I on the third floor. We played together night & day.

Then Dave and his parents moved to Englewood Cliffs, NJ; a world away as far as we were concerned. But we stayed in touch, alternating calling each other on weekends, when it was cheaper to talk, but even then we could only talk for 30 minutes before we had to hangup.

But Dave's mom, Beulah Blaine, Aunt Bea to us, made sure "her boys" still spent time together. We never missed a birthday together. And during school breaks and summers, she'd drive back to Brooklyn to pick Hakeem and I up so we could spend weekends and weeks in Jersey.

Those were glorious days. We'd play video and role playing games inside the house (yep, that's how three Black boys from Brooklyn got down in the early 80s) and run around and ride bikes outside on their expansive, wooded corner lot.

I was "stable", but not ideally so on strattera for several years, it kept me emotionally level, although now I'm off it,

@matthaig1 2. I realise that it kept me somewhat muted in my emotions. I avoided the extremes, but that included the highs as and the lows. I didn't enjoy watching comedy or listening to music as much for example, but I figured that was worth it at the time, to escape the extreme emotions.
