-> Many successful traders are using this strategy . They call different name but strategy is same. We can use this strategy for intraday and positional also.
-> This Strategy will work excellent on expiry day .

-> It will work on low vix or high vix market also.
Now bank nifty closing Spot is :- 40990
Buy 1 call 200 points above the spot and sell 3 calls 700 points above the spot.
Buy 1 put 200 points below the spot and sell 3 puts 700 points below the spot.

41200 ce 1 lot buy
41700 ce 3 lots sell
40800 pe 1 lot buy
40300 pe 3 lots sell
If your carrying for positional buy hedges and exit hedges next day morning it is depends on individuals.

Adjustments:-
If market is trading between both call buy and put buy range i.e40800 to 41200range don't do any adjustment. You will end up with profits.
Case 1:- If market reach to call buy position 41200 by that time you will be in profit in Put buy and sell legs.

You can book profit in that legs and buy hedges call side and convert 1:3:2 butterfly . If market reverse after making 1:3:2 butterfly simply sell extra calls above this butterfly.

*** Intraday Setup ***
This is shared by @Kuldeep222786 sir in last month . I am testing since 1 month it is working good. You can use this setup for intraday buying or selling.

This setup required two indicators pivot points and Vwap and previous day closing VWAP.

These two indicators are available in Trading view. You can use for spot chart also. Black line for previous day closing and blue line id for today VWAP.

Buying setup :-
1. Today vwap should be above the previous day closing vwap.
2. Price should be above both VWAP
3. Time frame 5 Mints.
4. Candle should be cross any pivot point with 50% body.

5. Entry should be high of the candle and SL is below that candle or below that pivot point or 100 points in bank nifty / 30 points in nifty in case candle length is high.
6. Book half of the quantity with 1 R:R and trail remain quantity.

Friday we got buying setup and target hit. We can trial till 600 points also in 1st 5 Mints candle. Like this way we can capture huge movement.

When the market opens above/at the previous day's high, displays open-low, and OL sustains for some time.

Similar to OL, when the market opens below/at the previous day's low, displays open-high, & OH sustains for some time.

HOW TO USE TECHNICAL ANALYSIS TO FORM A WEEKLY VIEW

Got many DMs about how I form my weekly view in Banknifty and how do I analyze it.

In this thread I'll show you how I do it so that anyone can analyze Banknifty and other instruments the right way.

1: Weekly timeframe

One Should start analyzing with a weekly time on candlestick charts.

As you can see there is a clear resistance at 41940 level on weekly charts and a clear support on at 32000 level on the Banknifty chart.

Hence this is our bigger term range.

But the previous week's candle is a bearish candle hence our bias for the current week stays sell on rise.

2: Daily timeframe

Next step will be to analyse the daily timeframe charts to refine our view further.

Top 10 price action (secrets) lessons which I learned after 6 years of experiences.

1⃣ - When market recover the strongest stocks recover very fast & will ready for new high

Ex -#gael

after correction of #nifty , it fell then again recovered very fast & furious way

2⃣ - If stock never come to retest it's weekly & monthly breakout zone then the chances of it's 2x is much more.

Ex - #datamatic after BO 5 year never retest BO zone & consolidating near high.

Chances of it's 2x is much more 🌠

3️⃣ If stock is giving BO of all time high or more then 1 year range with high volume then it can give 20/30% return in few weeks.

Ex -#mawana sugar after given 1 year BO of all time high given 22% return in 4 days

4⃣ - If its sector & market both are silent & only few stocks are trying to breakout then the chances of it's failure is very high.

Ex - #hindoilexp

In jan /feb trying to BO but market & sector didn't support so failed 👎

5⃣ - If stock is accumulating or standing near it's big resistance or support then it's chances of BO /BD is much more.

Ex - #sapphire food

From past 7 days was standing near major resistance chances of BO is very high....

THREAD 🧵- Trading Strategies

Here I discuss couple of setups which has an edge in the markets. This was evident during data analysis.

1. To start with I would say that making money is impossible in the markets if you don’t have set of rules OR you are not confident on the setup. Either way you will fail

2. Some general rules one should follow -

- No more than 1% of risk in one trade
- Max loss of 2% per day
- Keep your risk constant every day. Change your position size accordingly
- Focus on Risk reward as accuracy is not in our hands

3. Setup - 1
ORB - You might be bored of seeing ORB in the list but this is still one of the best setups specially on INDEX (Nifty and Bank nifty) as they are trending in nature.

ORB works best in these 2 cases -
> Gap days
> Entry is made quickly after marking the levels. In other words, Quicker the entry, better it is
> ADX(14) > 30 & ADX(5) < 15 - If volatility is more on bigger TF and less on small TF, it gives you a better edge

Things I know after Trading for 5 years that I wish I knew in my 1st year: 🧵

1. Stop trying to focus on theta decay to earn money. Use Price Action to build your capital & get profitable.

2. Quit Averaging trades. It is the worst thing you can do to your account.

3. Instead of averaging, reduce quantities when wrong and increase quantities when right.

4. Spend money on learning from the best. Don't spend too many years being in losses.

5. You can avoid big drawdowns as long as you focus on money management a lot.

6. If you were in losses, focus on how the best traders are earning and try to learn from them.

7. Non-directional trading is not the safest way of trading. Being against the trend can blow up your account.

8. Put some money into learning option selling. Start compounding with that knowledge. Let compounding work its wonders.

9. Focus more on learning. Less on negativity.

10. Focus less on building followers & more on providing maximum value.

11. Rather than showing off cars & vacation spots. Build friendships & relations with traders with a similar mindset to you.

12. Not every day will be a green day. Learn to accept losses and red days.

Lets start. This is going to be a long tweet. Please read seriously, your option journey will travel serious distance.

We will use 40500CE and BNF chart to get hold of the things.

Below is 1min chart of 40500CE weekly from 9/9/22 onwards. This week started from 9/9/22(Friday). This CE opened at 430 and hit a high of 499 at 10.35 AM.

The Corresponding level on BNF on 9/9/22 were BNF opened at 40601 and hit a high of 40753 at 10.38 AM.

Then on 12/9/22 BNF crossed 40753 and hit a high of 40770 at 12.40 PM (see the arrow in chart).

At the same time 40500CE hit a intraday high of 458 at 12.40 PM(see the arrow on chart).

Means BNF made new high by 20 points while this CE still fell short by 40 points approx.

So we can say that the chances of BNF moving higher is lower, reason being ITM CE is not making new high on Monday. (Forget - THEETA , GAMMA, MEETA----STAY WITH ME)

Now on 13/9, We opened gap up and made a new high of 40915 at 9.46 AM and then again this high was crossed at 2.47 PM at 40977. (Arrow dekho).

At same time , this CE made a high of 517 at 9.45 AM and then new high of 545 at 2.47 PM.
