Before hopping from scanner to scanner, We need to understand what we are looking for? What is our trading personality?

I personally use 3-4 Scanners regularly to find stocks of my interest. Let's go through them one by one

Scanner 1
This my go to scan, This scan shows the result of all the stocks trading above 20SMA, which have latest % close +- 3%.

Drawdown of this scan is It's result can go upto 1000-1200 stocks in a day. so It's not possible for a part time trader to run this daily.

So I spent hours studying them to know why they work

Here are 5 writing principles worth your time :

1. Avoid jargon, acronyms, and buzzwords

Know your audience before using Acronym

• Explain technical terms first time they appear

• Don't try to sound clever, be clear instead

• Say what you mean, in plain language, and let the reader decide whether it was "groundbreaking"

2. Use fewer than 30 words per sentence

• Focus on one idea per sentence

• Strip out qualifiers like "I think," "I feel," "should we consider"

• Eliminate anything that reads like "style." Don't use your writing to extend your personal brand

3. Replace adjectives with data

Don't force readers to interpret your meaning

• People don't like buzzwords

• Adjectives are vague and don't add to making decisions

• "Profit increased drastically last quarter" -> " Profit increased by 40% as compared to Q3"

4. Use subject-verb-object sentences

When in doubt, keep things simple:

• Subject: Who or what you're writing about

• Verb: What they did or will do

• Object: Who or what is acted upon

Perfect Solution Fallacy

We reject something because it compares poorly to an ideal that in reality is unattainable.

We assume there is a perfect solution to every problem.

Reality is more complicated and trade-offs exist.

Take the option with the most bearable trade-offs.

Pessimism Bias

We overestimate the likelihood of negative outcomes.

Evolutionary speaking this developed as a defence mechanism and served us well.

We heard a noise in the bushes and ran.

This doesn't apply anymore: we've never lived in a safer world.

Be an optimist.

First mistake:

Doing too many exercises.

All you need is:

- A squat or similar movement
- A hip hinge
- Vertical push
- Vertical pull
- Horizontal push
- Horizontal pull

Add in some calf work and ab work.

You don't need multiple exercises for each muscle group.

Some people do 3 or 4 different exercises for each of the above, e.g. a flat bench press, a decline bench press, a pushup, an incline dumbbell press... this is a waste of time.

All of those are using the same muscles and fall into the "horizontal pull" category.

All you need to do is pick ONE for each category and lift to failure with good form.

Reaching failure (or close) creates the stimulus for adaptation.

Adding more work does not increase this stimulus, it just adds more muscle damage that you've got to recover from.

The other mistake is that people do too many sets.

You've all seen the bros in the gym on chest day...

HAMMERING the chest with 5 sets of flat bench press, 5 sets of incline, 3 sets of decline, 5 sets of flyes...

This is just cutting into recovery and making results worse.

2) An algorithm or data-structure visualizer. For example, a pathfinding-algorithm or sorting-algorithm visualizer, like the ones I've covered at length on YouTube.

3) A bot that listens to external data and performs actions based on that external data. For example, a Twitter account that tweets every time a particular LinkedIn user posts on LinkedIn, or every time the stock market signals a certain buy or sell signal.

4) A data-aggregation website like CoinMarketCap. For example, a website that displays interesting information about the top 20 tech YouTubers.
