In this thread I'll be going into specifics on my argument of how women born with Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome are intersex females and not intersex males. I'll be using the five factors of sex determination which I went into in this

 To start with the the way the five factors work is that together they add up to one of the two results, I think this is a safe estimate given the casing of Hayley Haynes.. which can be backed up by a few other findings where uterine tissue was discovered:

There was an official statement made that determined the current ongoing issues with uterus transplants being an issue in AIS women having nothing to do with their Y chromosome which currently people use chromosomes to argue genotype, or genetics.

Let's start then, with the first and most simple of factors. Karyotype.

In those born with CAIS they are born with a 46 XY karyotype with a SRY gene on the Y chromosome. However there is a mutation in the primary X chromosome that leads to not being able to process androgens.
This in turn leads to testicular feminization caused by a mutation in the X chromosome that leads to the body resisting, or not being effected by androgens produced in the body. We'll go more into that later.

Karyotype: Male Typical 46 XY[SRY]
Factor 2: External genitalia - Which in CAIS cases are always clitoris and vagina. There's never any kind of virilization, no male typical genitalia whatsoever. The vaginas are usually blind as there is no mullerian structures to reach. That said, this comes out as female typical
The third factor is gonads, this is the dicey one. People argue technically that due to the fact we're talking internal testicles that this is male by default. In normal cases you'd be correct - These internal testicles cannot function as normal testicles in a CAIS body.
A CAIS body is essentially rejecting what goes down typically in a male body. Meaning that not only can these internal testicles not produce sperm, but their androgens are also being handled in a unique manner: Which again, we'll go into later.
In conclusion for factor number two, we have testicles that are inside the body and can even become cancerous although at a low risk that cannot produce viable sperm. This means there is no gamete being produced, and no chance of extraction.

In short: Null. Not a factor.
Moving onto factor four, hormonal profile or endocrine profile. The best way to describe this factor is that male bodies and female bodies have specific averages of sex hormones they require to function. Now with CAIS this is a very interesting argument especially if no IGM.
So CAIS bodies do produce the normal levels of androgens but an interesting process happens. There's a process known as aromatase and this is a process where excess androgens that the body cannot process get converted into estradiol. So even if the testicles are not extracted..
A CAIS youth will still undergo female-typical puberty. This is one of my strongest case arguments for why I consider CAIS to be a sex reversal female case, due to the process of aromatase and it happens naturally at that.
So with that, we can safely put the hormone profile factor as female thanks to the process of aromatase.
Last but not least: Reproductive structures is the very last factor and due to the fact the AMH or Anti-Mullerian Hormone is active in a CAIS body, this means that in utero the structures never get a chance to develop - HOWEVER there are exceptions.
Like in the two cases I named above, these were women or in some cases even girls who were found to have uterine tissue or other relevant mullerian structures, sometimes capable of it even being matured to be mostly functional. That said they do not have ovaries.
So in this case your typical CAIS case is a factor of null on the final determination factor, due to no reproductive structures being present. No Wolffian, No Mullerian, no uterus, nothing.
So let's put everything together
1- Karyotype: 46 XY SRY Activated [M]
2- External genitalia is female typical [F]
3- Gonads are non-functional, internal testicles [Null]
4- Hormone profile due to aromatase is female typical [F]
5- Reproductive structures are non-existent. [Null]
By factoring all of these together, you have a female case, although it is a close and debatable call due to there being two "null" factors. However keep in mind there are cases of CAIS, where that final factor is female leaning due to uterine or mullerian tissue.
This thread isn't about PAIS, but I'll make this argument. The moment aromatase basically stops being a thing or enough of a thing to make a difference is where the factor shifts to another null, or male. When that happens, AIS is no longer a sex reversal case.
Hopefully I put my argument in a clear enough format to understand. I know Twitter's format can be a chore sometimes but I figured, especially with all this gender stuff going on that I'd argue for the women with this particular CCSD who are often being used as an argument.

Meanwhile conservatives, generally, struggle to confess that Jim Crow was a (Christian) conservative movement. This is why we can't make any progress in 2020. The idea that black people *and* white people *both* have zero moral culpability on our past or present is fiction.

It's not "racist" for a white male to say black men in urban areas commit more crimes in their own neighborhoods and, therefore, are more likely to have contact with police. And it's false that men who commit violent crime & property crime are only doing so because of poverty.

Yes, evangelical Christians, in Jesus name, supported and defended Jim Crow, resisted integration, and struggle with white nationalism as an idol in 2020. Absolutely! Many of their pastors are cowards for never addressing or aiding and abetting it.

Yes, there are cultural patterns in disadvantaged black communities that are not derivative of white racism but emerge from the fact that black men & women, just like white men & women, chose, on purpose, actions that lack virtue & wisdom. Why? B/c all humans are morally flawed.

You look at that chart and you see the total failure of the human capital model to explain labor market outcomes, insofar as it even is a falsifiable social science hypothesis.

Second, while it's true that total loan balances are increasing in income, student debt has increased most over time among the lowest-income groups. This tells you that student debt is becoming a marker of the disadvantaged rather than the advantaged.

Third, balances on outstanding loans are rising over time, not declining. As I said in my last report, the student debt crisis is a crisis of non-repayment. This is why it's foolish to think the student debt is ever going to be paid back, whether it's cancelled now or not.

Seen here is Mrs Gulshan Feradoon Cooper, Head Librarian for over forty years at The People's Free Reading Room in Dhobitalao. “I am not at all strict, that’s my only drawback,” she said. (She doesn't charge a fine).


“I prefer research libraries because I don’t like novels, I like history," said Sarita Shekar Gandhi, Head Librarian at KR Cama Oriental Institute. Over her years at the library she has devoted herself to understanding the nuances of Zoroastrian studies.


Bidisha Basu co-started @leapingwindows , a library and café for comic books, graphic novels and manga. “You get people who have never read a comic before and that’s the most interesting part of the job. It’s exciting to introduce them to comics," she said.


“A librarian should not only love books, she should also love people," said Arati Desai the Head Librarian at the immaculate Nehru Centre Library in Worli. "I've even swept and swabbed my library, there's dignity in everything that you do at work," she goes on to say.

How did I go from a busily scheduled life to one with substantial unstructured time?

1/ More creating, less consuming

I stopped obsessive mindless scrolling and started creating. Instagram for artworks. Twitter for thoughts. Unsubscribed from other apps. Saved a LOT of time.

2/ More deep focus, less context switching

I loved to be involved in many projects, but didn’t take into account the cost of making the mind switch between works. I decided to choose one important project and pour all of me into it.

3/ “It’s either hell yeah, or no”

I dropped projects that didn’t make me feel all fervent. I ruthlessly purged the guilt and FOMO. It was hella scary and uncomfortable at first, but was liberating over time. Knowing your why is the key.

4/ More focus on health and people

I was generous with time when it was for my health and people. I exercised, did yoga, went on for walks, and slept whenever I wanted. Same way, I didn’t look at the clock when I was with people. I resolved to be there and only there.

5/ Less worrying about saying no

Well, this was perhaps the toughest one for me. I was so used to being involved in many projects, that retracting myself from them was almost impossible. It was SO painful. Yet, I trusted it would be a wise choice long term and bore the pain.

Many pentests start from the outside, wanting to see how the perimeter might be breached.

This pentest started from the inside. My client wanted to assume they had already been breached, and, if breached, how far could an attacker go.

Could they stop me once I was inside?

So they snuck me in. Disguised me as a new employee. Gave me a work computer, an ID badge, an account in their system... hell, I even had a cubicle w/my assumed name on it.

The only person who knew who I really was was their CISO. Everyone else thought I was Jeremy in Marketing.

During most of the first morning, I completed onboarding, made introductions, and completed menial tasks.

But I had to act quick. I only had a week onsite. I had to hack their network while not raising suspicion.

So I set about it.

You have to understand... most "Internal Pentests" are straight forward. The hard part is breaching the network, but once you're inside, it's a target rich environment. End of Life computers, default passwords, everyone a Local Administrator...

Devi rose from a Yaga Gunda, mounted on the Sri Chakra Rath with the name Lalithambika, waged a war against Pandasura and destroyed him.  When her fury did not subside, Shiva asked her to go to Earth, assume the name Manonmani, perform penance and shed her fury.


Shiva blessed Devi to be Shanta nayagi. There is a sculpture here depicting Shiva pacifying Devi. If you observe closely, you can see that from your left hand side there will be a smile on Her face and if you see from your right hand side you can see anger in Her face.


Hayagriva taught the greatness of Lalitha Sahasranama to Rishi Agasthya. Pleased with his devotion, Ma Lalithambikai appeared before Agastya. He is believed to have then sung Lalita Navaratnamala in praise of Devi. He has also composed a hymn named Rahasyanamasahasram.

MDZS is laden with buddhist references. As a South Asian person, and history buff, it is so interesting to see how Buddhism, which originated from India, migrated, flourished & changed in the context of China. Here's some research (🙏🏼 @starkjeon for CN insight + citations)

1. LWJ’s sword Bichen ‘is likely an abbreviation for the term 躲避红尘 (duǒ bì hóng chén), which can be translated as such: 躲避: shunning or hiding away from 红尘 (worldly affairs; which is a buddhist teaching.) (https://t.co/zF65W3roJe) (abbrev. TWX)

2. Sandu (三 毒), Jiang Cheng’s sword, refers to the three poisons (triviṣa) in Buddhism; desire (kāma-taṇhā), delusion (bhava-taṇhā) and hatred (vibhava-taṇhā).

These 3 poisons represent the roots of craving (tanha) and are the cause of Dukkha (suffering, pain) and thus result in rebirth.

Interesting that MXTX used this name for one of the characters who suffers, arguably, the worst of these three emotions.
