To see 200 days MA on a weekly scale - use 40 MA as 1 week has 5 trading days and therefore, 40 MA on a weekly scale is 200 days MA.

Unless an hourly candle makes n breaks previous candles high or low (depending on bullish or bearish move) ride it, smaller tf like 5 or 15 mins can give misleading results
