It appears that our nation's political establishment has ‘declared war’ on our Election System. [Thread]

Instead of demanding transparency & accountability, the U.S. media is aiding this deception.

Instead of asking questions about the U.S. election, it is censoring & suppressing them. This is bizarre journalistic behavior. Americans of all political persuasions should be alarmed.

While we were sleeping, enemies wheeled in Trojan horses in the form of voting machines. The Greeks built these vessels of ruin used in the Trojan War; we acted foolishly, just like the Trojans, and wheeled them into our counties & precincts without knowing what is in them.

What is in them are secretive source codes undoubtedly stitched together like a Frankenstein’s monster.

Nothing is stopping us from concluding the voting machines have Abby Normal brains - regardless of assurance from a DHS private-public partnership functioning as their PR arm.

We are just supposed to take Dominion Voting Systems’ word that it never used Smartmatic’s source codes, even after it bought the Smartmatic subsidiary Sequoia in 2010, right as it bought scandal-plagued Diebold voting systems (a subsidiary of Premiere) in 2010? Sorry. No.

Let's remember that L. Lin Wood - according to a lawsuit filed by three attorneys who worked with/for him - allegedly called them to his house at 1 a.m. in the midst of a personal crisis, they sat with him to make sure he was okay, and tthe next day he fired them all via email.

Let's also recall that, shortly thereafter, according to the same Complaint, it is alleged he held a 3.5 hour phone call wherein he - again according to the Complaint - verbally berated these attorneys nonstop.

Then proceeded, the attorneys who worked with him allege, to send multiple abusive email messages to them with unhinged ramblings about Almighty God guiding him.

Note: Literally ANY email that includes the words "you are the ones who are crazy, not me" is immediately suspect.

Sidenote: Voicemails that insist an action seems crazy but really isn't and makes completely sense are, in my general experience with domestic abuse cases, red flags.

I love the smell of a leaked legal service opinion in the morning

The conclusion: the EU Council legal service says that it's OK for the Brexit deal to be concluded with the UK by the EU only, not needing Member States' participation

The reasoning: the legal service distinguishes between competences reserved to Member States, and competences shared with the EU. For the latter, the EU has the choice of concluding an EU-only treaty.

The legal service summarises the prior case law backing up its interpretation.

It refers to the Weddell case, concerning competence to conclude a treaty on the Antarctic environment, where Member States *could* be involved. But that was based on the particular legal features of the Antarctic treaty; and the UK is not Antarctica.

Why would Intelligence be interested in faking a serial killer? Simple: to create instability and fear. This was one of the prime goals of Intelligence at the time, and of course it still is.

In the 1960's, the FBI had COINTELPRO and the CIA had CHAOS, and both programs have been partially declassified now, enough so that we know the one of the directives of each program was destabilization.

And this was not just destabilization of the “enemy.” This was a general destabilization of the whole society. Since the entire society was seen to be moving left in the 1960's, the FBI and the CIA felt that general destabilization was necessary to maintain control.

Of course they had been creating fear since the end of WW2, but that was mainly to keep military expenditures high. They needed to justify continued military spending, as well as spending to expand Intelligence, and the best way to do that was to manufacture conflict and fear.

The Cold War was manufactured by both sides, since it allowed for massive “defense” budgets both here and in Russia. The Red Scare in the 1950's was part of that creation of general fear.
