This one finally draws a threat to might-maybe issue an order to show cause, which is the first step in disciplinary matters.

The order to show cause is the subject attorney's first opportunity to explain why and how things went wrong and (if they're smart) express remorse.
Most OSCs end up "discharged" which means the explanation (and remorse, don't forget the remorse!) satisfied the judge.
Occasionally, the explanation is insufficient or the moron attorney actually demonstrates defiance in the response to the OSC, which is when things get worse for the attorney.
Anyway, the attorney who filed this from the Thomas More Society has been a litigating in the federal courts for a very long time, so I'm sure he'll do the right thing here and confess to brainworms or something.

Ravi Ragbir, Jean Montrevil, and @NewSanctuaryNYC stood up against cruel and inhumane deportation policies. For that, they were surveilled, arrested, detained, and transferred to an immigration prison in FL in January 2018. 2/

Jean, co-founder of @NewSanctuaryNYC and congregant of @judsonchurchnyc was deported to Haiti on Jan.16, 2018, after coming to the U.S. as lawful permanent resident more than 30 years ago. ICE's actions separated him from his four U.S. citizen children. 3/

ICE continues to pursue Ravi's deportation (as recently as this Friday the government filed papers to try to get rid of the federal lawsuit staying Ravi's deportation). Ravi continues to fight for his freedom and stand up for immigrant rights. 4/

Having been placed on a SECOND blood pressure lowering drug a month ago, and reporting to the cardio some lightheadedness when I get up, and rather than discussing a dose or drug change being told to "stand up more slowly" has me working hard on 1/n

lowering BP and getting completely off the drugs.

First things first, I checked my median BP off drugs at two different weights, and sure enough, the more I weigh, the higher the home BP. At 186lbs, median BP is 144/88, max was 165/98. 2/n

Peaks (especially in the doctors office were labeled hypertensive crisis). At 162lbs, median BP is 124/79, max was 138/86. The question remains how high BP goes in the office (or at Red Cross) when I weigh less. 3/n

Weight goal is around 153, and I'm at 168± now, so primary objective is to reach goal weight and see if I can wean off the meds.

Second, sodium. I may be salt sensitive. I've added more sodium to my diet after reading a bunch on that and learning of some twitter peeps' 4/n

experiences. Ate light yesterday, took some extra salt, and gained nearly two pounds and my rings got tight. Next step is to reduce sodium load and see what happens.

Third, NO. I've been using a UVB light, and before the seasons turned getting decent sunlight. 5/n

The economy had just recovered from the tech bubble in 2000 where many banks had given out loans to businesses that had shut down.

Planning for Overlord and Neptune had a serious snag, how to get troops from LSTs onto the beach as simply ramming them onto the beaches and dropping the ramp was known to damage the exceptionally vulnerable LSTs and felt to be unsustainable in the mid to long term. /2


LSTs were essential in sustaining Overlord's progress and were a subject of major headaches in the planning phase, and a real subject of friction when it came to launching additional amphibious operations such as Dragoon.

When Sania Mirza married Shoaib Malik it was something legal. A Muslim married another Muslim. Entire Hindutva media went after her. They launched a witch-hunt for months. No Indian Muslim stood by her. All were silent. Now days come when Muslims are arrested for marrying a Hindu
