NB UK comprises 4 nations/province. Within context of devolution of powers, authority and responsibilities, it is recognised that 'reserved powers' impact lives of ALL citizens in ALL 4 nations/province.
Devolution places decision making close to citizens affected by these decisions.
Those parliamentarians advocating this affront to all UK citizens must be held accountable!
