How old do you think the idea of having "tiles in houses" could be?
I thought maybe 60 or 70 yrs before coming across something interesting!
#HarappanCivilisation
He was shocked when he saw the 4500 year old houses had tiled floors. And the tiled floors were painted with a design.

Time to replace the terms Right Wing & Left Wing with 'Rational & Irrational Sides'?
Go through the Part 1 thread first, you'll understand better. https://t.co/OaUBqfc0SA

\u2022 Origin of Terms LW/RW
These terms were originated from French Revolution seating arrangement of "Estates General"
Those who were Pro Change/Pro Revolution sat on the left.
Those who were Pro Monarchy/King sat on the Right. pic.twitter.com/jgd5cX4oW6
The terms LW & RW, originated during French Revolution, has completely lost its significance & are not relevant anymore, atleast in #IndianPolitics.
It is time to use more broader words "Rational & Irrational" instead of "RW & LW".
Let's understand how..
#RSS
RSS which is a Right Wing Org,
But at the same time it is "Anti FDI", "Anti Capitalist" & a wing of RSS, "the Labour Organization" has raised its voice many times in favour of "Pro Labour Rights" which are basic features of LW.
So will you say that RSS is a LW Org?
#Congress
Congress which is traditionally a Left to the centre party, in 1991 it introduced the most revolutionary economic reform, the LPG reforms (Liberalisation, Privatization & Globalisation), which are related to free market economy.
So, has Congress become a RW party??
#BJP
BJP is traditionally a Centre Right party.
But it follows all "Socialist Policies of Welfare State" like Manrega.
Did BJP ever try to stop these policies..?
No, actually BJP promotes these.
So should we say that BJP is a LW party??
Lengthy again..
By 1974 the debate focused on whether there was a credible risk of explosion from the liquid fuel, or if this was manageable.

The British Nuclear Policy In The 1970s. https://t.co/DE1A7e1SQ0 pic.twitter.com/VSuUgpVMk6
This risk led to the beginning of a major policy debate in the very heart of the secret state about whether this was an acceptable level of risk, or if there were alternative options open to consider.
There appears to have been a difference of opinion between different parts of government on what the right answer was in this case.
To the Royal Navy, charged with delivering the nuclear deterrent mission, the only acceptable answer was to step away from Chevaline and Polaris and upgrade to Poesidon as quickly as possible to maintain the credibility of the deterrent.
By contrast No10 was growing increasingly frustrated with what it saw as an inability by the Royal Navy to focus on delivering a capable SSBN force, & its constant demands to goldplate the solution – in one memo to the Prime Minister from his Private Secretary there is the line:

There is no better way of learning the craft of product, or proving your potential to employers, than just doing it.
You do not need anybody's permission. We don't have diplomas, nor doctorates. We can barely agree on a single standard of what a Product Manager is supposed to do.
But – there is at least one blindingly obvious industry consensus – a Product Manager makes Products.
And they don't need to be kept at the exact right temperature, given endless resource, or carefully protected in order to do this.
They find their own way.
In ancient times, our grandparents used to follow typical natural way of caring the needs of a child. All they used were more of natural products than chemical based for the growth of child.
One of major step followed was to feed Gurbach Jadd/ Vasa Kommu/ Acorus Calamus for initiating good speech ability in a child. This stem was needed to babies on Tuesdays and Sundays in mother's milk.
Vasa is feed to baby after the 1st bath on 12th day in week. Weekly only thrice it is fed and named as :
Budhwar - Budhi Vasa
Mangalwar - Vaak Vasa
Ravi Vaar - Aayush Vasa
This stem is burnt and rubbed against the grinding stone in mother's milk or warm water to get a paste
The procedure to make it is in the link
https://t.co/uo4sGp7mUm
It should not be given daily to the child. Other main benefits are
1. It clears the phlegm in child's throat caused due to continuous milk intake. It clears the tracts and breathing is effortless.
2. Digestion
For children who haven't got their speech and is delayed than usual should feed this vasa on these days in week atleast for 6months. Don't get carried away with this dialogue

Before I begin, it might be worth explaining the Malay conception of the spirit world. At its deepest level, Malay religious belief is animist. All living beings and even certain objects are said to have a soul. Natural phenomena are either controlled by or personified as spirits
Although these beings had to be respected, not all of them were powerful enough to be considered gods. Offerings would be made to the spirits that had greater influence on human life. Spells and incantations would invoke their
Animist ceremonies of a religious or magical nature were normally held for the purpose of divination or making a request. This would either be done at a keramat or at a shrine similar to the Thai spirit houses or Chinese roadside shrines pic.twitter.com/I1hliyi0x3

Two known examples of such elemental spirits that had god-like status are Raja Angin (king of the wind) and Mambang Tali Arus (spirit of river currents). There were undoubtedly many more which have been lost to time
Contact with ancient India brought the influence of Hinduism and Buddhism to SEA. What we now call Hinduism similarly developed in India out of native animism and the more formal Vedic tradition. This can be seen in the multitude of sacred animals and location-specific Hindu gods
