GOOD FRIDAY MORNING. Here’s how your American government is ending the year -- and the TRUMP presidency.

-- THE GOVT runs out of spending authority this evening at midnight. Typically, the govt avoids shutting down officially if there is a spending bill on the horizon, so we may be spared that drama. Divided govt began in 2019 w a shutdown, and it may end with another funding lapse.

-- CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS are preparing the second-largest federal rescue package in our nation’s history, and no one has seen it just days before it will get a vote.

-- ALL OF THE POWER is centralized among four people and their aides: @SpeakerPelosi , @senatemajldr , @SenSchumer and @GOPLeader

-- PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP has continued his, um, mastery of Congress, by nearly blowing up the talks by demanding large stimulus checks at the last moment -- this is per @JStein_WaPo, the master of the direct check, at the WaPo.

I don't really want to boost Cohen, but I also don't want to rip it off, so here it is, but I'll tell you what he said @emilyjanefox is the interviewer here.

Starts at noting that Cohen said at the beginning that Trump wouldn't transition peacefully ... and granted that's true. Cohen on Trump - "pure narcissism."

Cohen says - and I agree with him - that Trump could have easily won the 2020 election if he had committed to doing things like an infrastructure bill. If Trump had done a reasonable job with COVID, he would have won as well.

This interviewer Emily Jane Fox says she is a long time friend of Cohen - which is a bit of a pause. Cohen is a bit inconsistent as to whether Trump knows he lost - seems to be on the bottom line that Trump is working on his next steps - to rip off Fox News and do a TV network

Trump TV, per Cohen, will be "one fucking infomercial after another and there are 20 Million stupid people out there ... that are willing to part with their money.... Educated people, too."

Trumpworld is excited: Breitbart is reporting that the State of Texas has filed suit against MI, PA, WI and GA in the Supreme Court in an attempt to get the election results tossed out in those states.

This lawsuit ticks a lot of Trump boxes:
🟣As a dispute between states, it starts out in SCOTUS
🟣It seeks to put enough EVs in play to swing the whole election result
🟣It's the 'big beautiful lawsuit' Trump has wanted all along

Breitbart hasn't published the actual complaint, and it doesn't appear to be anywhere else yet, but we can say some things about it from their reporting:

1. This is not a fraud claim. There won't be any Dominion or Chavez or North Korean submarines shipping Dem votes etc in it.

From the tiny excerpts published, it sounds like the Texas claim is essentially "These states didn't follow their own election rules and that's not fair on Texans"

JUST POSTED: The Trump administration is rushing to approve a final wave of large-scale mining and energy projects on federal lands, encouraged by investors who want to try to ensure the projects move ahead even after President-elect Biden takes office

Let's take a look at some of these projects awaiting actions in the remaining weeks of Trump's tenure. MASSIVE mining projects on federal lands. First stop, ARIZONA. Sacred Native American lands now in a national forest are targeted for destruction to make way for a copper mine

Next stop SOUTH DAKOTA. Area near Black Hills planned for massive new uranium mine, on land also historically held by Native American tribe. Groundwater would be contaminated to extract the radioactive uranium.

Next stop, NEVADA, were one of world's largest lithium mines slated to be built starting soon on federal land. Final "Record of Decision" on project by Interior Department expected in EARLY January.

Next stop, UTAH, where Interior as soon as NEXT week, slated to give approval to what could soon be one of the large helium drilling operations in the United States on land in and around an iconic federal WILDERNESSS area.

I am a regular citizen and patriot and I'm frustrated and concerned about the election irregularities and the responses that I'm seeing from the Republican party in regard to Trump's justified actions to shine a light on the fact that this was a stolen election.

Most all of these swing states violated the Constitution by changing election law without the approval of the legislature. If there was no voter fraud at all, that alone invalidates this election. And yet the Supreme Court refuses to take it up. We are hearing now that Justice

Roberts yelled at his colleagues when they cited Bush v. Gore as precedent for hearing the case. He told them that at the time of Bush v. Gore we didn't have rioting in the streets. There is more at stake than ANTIFA starting phony riots in the streets on behalf of Soros and the

Democrats. We no longer have a Constitution if the Republican party sits idly by and lets Biden into the White House. I'm not for creating a new party but I can tell you this, there will be severe political consequences for the Republican establishment if this isn't fixed.

As a member of "The Wise Men," he helped create bi-partisan foreign policy based on the resistance to Soviet Expansion. The Wise Men were the "hidden architects" behind The Truman Doctrine, The Marshall Plan and Cold War containment.

After Kennedy's assasination, Averell was heavily involved with Vietnam under Johnson and then became affiliated with organizations like the Club of Rome and the CFR. The Skull and Bones Yale Grad went on to form Harriman Brothers and Company with his brother, Roland.

My deepest thoughts about Donald Trump that you probably won't like.

What if the entire left right war is theater? Shut out all the arguments, policy differences, hate, love, ally, opponents, and think about the cumulative direction we're heading to as a planet. ->

I'm concerned there's an element in the world that is bulldozing its way forward to amassing resources regardless of the arguments happening in politics or society as a whole. It's as if they're living alongside us but in a different dimension altogether.  ->

A dimension where their will is as good as done.

If there's one thing this pandemic has taught me, it's if there ever was a nefarious force that achieved power they could tell us scared comfortable folks to sit down and shut up and we would do it. ->

Their whole 'plan' would be to make us pay attention to them. To pay attention to every detail, to every sound they make, to how their lips move as they tell us how much danger we are in.

They have authority in three important facets; one is a positional authority, ->

two is an authority by qualification, and the third is authority by experience. I mean, we would be insane to not listen to such a message, and yet. We still wouldn't know if the sprinkling of truth we find is all the truth there is to be known. ->

At the moment, POTUS is sitting on a stack of Trump cards that he's just waiting to unleash...a royal flush!
He has court cases that will go to the Supreme Court and thanks to the Texas case, he's now aware how to file them properly...under article 3 not 2...
