Judging by the responses of mostly male, gender ideologists, the thing that shocked them most about the Keira Bell judgement was that it was the welfare of the child that was foremost in the Judge's minds.

The Judges forensically looked at the evidence & decided on the basis of the evidence produced that children could not properly consent to experimental treatment.

Gender ideologues are so used to their views being privileged this was quite a shock for them.

English courts have once again established the primacy of the principle that the welfare of the child is paramount.

The fact that this basic tenet of law was uncertain shows how far gender ideology has ingressed into our social structures.
