Form a company with family members and trade under it.

The family members should be directors of the company. Will explain why later.

Why form a company?

You will only need to pay 25% flat tax.

Individuals have to pay 30% tax above 10 lakh profits.

2. Surcharge Benefits:

You will be charged a lower surcharge in a corporate account.

Total Tax Outlay:

The total tax outlay for individuals is 30% plus surcharge.

If you really earn a lot (10 cr +) then you will be paying 42% tax.

Whereas in a company you'll be paying a maximum of 28% tax.

Short Straddle is the highest payoff strategy in Option Selling.

1/ Longer-term short straddle:

If you're a fan of very big ranges for your trades, you'll get the biggest one in long-term options.

Long Term can be 3 months, 6 months, or a year away as well.

The only drawback with longer-term straddles is the slippage.

Example:

In the above example, in the March expiry, we have collected 1500 points in the 18000 Nifty Straddle.

This is actually low risk compared to the monthly or weekly Straddles.

Beginners:

Can try their hands at long-term options.

You'll get sufficient time to adjust and learn.

2/ Weekly expiries will have a very short range:

Higher risk.

Frequent adjustments.

Below is an example of a weekly Straddle in Bank Nifty.

Premium Collected: 700 points

Bank Nifty at times, moves more than this in a day.

Due to these small ranges, people prefer to do weekly Iron Fly instead of Straddles.

This takes care of the undefined risk in a small range in Straddles.

Also requires very slow and easier adjustments.

1. Net income is the profit a company has earned for a period, while cash flow from operations measures the cash going in and out during a company's day-to-day operations i.e., the cash which is generated through its core business.

2. Net income is calculated by subtracting the cost of goods sold, operating expenses, depreciation & amortization, interest expense and taxes from total revenue.

3. Cash flow from operations is calculated by adding the non-cash expenses such as depreciation and amortization to the net profit and then subtracting the changes in working capital.

Now lets understand few differences between Net Profit and Cash Flow from operations (CFO)

1. Net profit is recorded on an accrual basis whereas CFO deals with only cash items. Income earned is recorded in the net profit even if cash is not received

And one “life” I can’t stop thinking about is that of a 16-year old Black Southern teen in the mid-1880s

Let’s imagine what his life looked like then, & what it became.

In the 1880s, this teen sees a world where more Black voters are registered in Louisiana than White voters. He sees large numbers of Black voters registered AND voting in other southern states as well.

Black turnout in the 1880 Presidential election is 61%.

And with this high level of Black participation in elections, this 16-year old grows up seeing Black men (not women yet) serving in office at almost every level.

We’re talking mayors and sheriffs, state reps and judges, even State Supreme Court justices, house speakers, lieutenant governors and members of Congress.

I would never want to understate the racism and challenges this 16-year old faces in daily life…

…but when it comes to participation in the nation’s democracy, things at least look to be moving in a good direction

I spent my afternoon combing through 5,510 sources of yield data from @DefiLlama so you won't have to🤓

Aim : find a safe stable yield farm to park $100k

I used *base yield* and not the combined yield to look for protocols that offer #realyield

Started filtering out sources first with their ML-based yield prediction column.
1. Low/No confidence filtered
5,510 👉 2,693
2. Base-rate higher than the risk-free rate : 5%
2,693 👉 327 (YUGE drop)

Since the deposit amount is 100k, the pool will have to needs to be large enough that a deposit doesn't dilute the yield
3. Filter : TVL > $400k

🌺Significance of Maha Mrityunjaya Homam and Mantra🌺

In Vedic Shastras it is explained that performing a "Mrityunjaya Homa" is indeed the panacea for any type of disease. The feeding and worship of brahmins as an supportive to all homas is also recommended.

Mrityunjaya mantra gives relief to intermittent and all baneful influences of evil spirits and it even conquers death.

(Mrityunjaya literally means 'victory over death' and maha mrityunjaya mantra is also called maha - moksha mantra, as it gives the ultimate enlightenment)

Severe illness, dangerous abhicharas, madness, fainting and fits and other diseases can all be got rid off by performing mrityunjaya japa for certain numbers as per the need.

Whenever the homa is performed a number of brahmins equal to the number suggested for the homa must be fed and worshipped.

Chapter 1 : Rath yatra

1990 was the time when VP Singh was PM of India and Mulayam Singh Yadav was CM of UP.

BJP, RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal were carrying out movement for Ram temple at Ayodhya. In 16th century Babar destroyed Ram temple and built B@bri m0sque at that site.

Hindus were demanding to build Ram temple back on that site.

In Sep 1990, LK Advani declared that he will carry a Rath Yatra from Somnath to Ayodhya n will do Kar sewa at site of ram temple at Ayodhya and he started his Rath Yatra on 23rd Sep 1990.

He was supposed to reach Ayodhya on 30th Oct for puja. Thousands of RSS, BJP, VHP, BD volunteers started to move Ayodhya.

21st October : CM of UP Mulayam Singh Yadav said that “No bird vud be able to fly to Ayodhya”

23rd October : Advani was arrested by Bihar Police

on instruction of CM Lalu Prasad Yadav but Hindus keep approaching Ayodhya.

Mulayam Singh Yadav sealed all entries of Ayodhya and deputed 28,000 Police force.

Around 40,000 Hindus have surrounded Ayodhya and 1000 out of them tricked Police and entered into Ayodhya

It took me 4 months to finish reading Bhagawad Gita but you can learn all of it in 2 mins.

Here are the chapter-wise takeaways:

Chapter 1: Negative mindset is the problem.

Arjuna was overpowered by his attachment to his kith and kin. The problem was his wrong thinking and he ended up making false judgements.

Chapter 2: Right knowledge is the solution to most of our problems

Arjuna surrenders to Krishna after he realised that all of his problems were due to ignorance and that the right knowledge can solve all of his problems.

Chapter 3: Selflessness is the only key to progress

Karmayoga is a selfless service. A karma yogi is someone who is not concerned about the result and is free from the attachments of the world.

Chapter 4: Every act can be made an act of prayer

A person who follows a lord and his teachings become liberated.

They are very: sudden, quick, and intense.

Usually, there's love bombing which looks like: excessive attention, praise, flattery, and undying devotion.

In trauma bonds, there's quick excessive declarations of immediate love or devotion.

This can feel intoxicating for adults that have been emotionally neglected.

Rather than seeing the immediacy as a red flag, it's seen as: "finally someone truly loves me."

Slowly, insecurities begin to show.

Usually in the form of: jealousy, control, shaming or criticism.

Rather than seeing this as abusive, the other partner usually interprets this as a need to prove themselves and their loyalty.
