आइए देखते हैं:👇

भारत में प्राचीन काल से ही ऋषि-मुनियों का विशेष महत्व रहा है।आज से सैकड़ों साल पहले 'ऋषि', 'मुनि', 'महर्षि' और 'ब्रह्मर्षि' समाज के पथ प्रदर्शक माने जाते थे। तब यही लोग अपने ज्ञान और तप के बल पर समाज कल्याण का कार्य किया करते थे और लोगों को समस्याओं से मुक्ति दिलाते थे।

आज के समय में भी हमें कई तीर्थ स्थलों, मंदिरों, जंगलों और पहाड़ों में साधु-संत देखने को मिल जाते हैं।

ऋषि शब्द की व्युत्पत्ति 'ऋष' है जिसका अर्थ 'देखना' या 'दर्शन शक्ति' होता है।

ऋषि अर्थात "दृष्टा" भारतीय परंपरा में श्रुति ग्रंथों को दर्शन करने (यानि यथावत समझ पाने) वाले जनों को कहा जाता है। वे व्यक्ति विशिष्ट जिन्होंने अपनी विलक्षण एकाग्रता के बल पर गहन ध्यान में विलक्षण शब्दों के दर्शन किये उनके गूढ़ अर्थों को जाना व मानव अथवा..

..प्राणी मात्र के कल्याण के लिये ध्यान में देखे गए शब्दों को लिखकर प्रकट किया। इसीलिये कहा गया -

⚜️“ऋषयो मन्त्र द्रष्टारः
न तु कर्तारः।”⚜️

अर्थात् ऋषि तो मंत्र के देखनेवाले हैं नकि बनानेवाले अर्थात् बनानेवाला तो केवल एक परमात्मा ही है।

Dashrath (Ten Chariots) represent 5 sense organs & 5 organs of action.

Ram represents pure form of Atman, i.e consciousness. Sita means Earth & represents मन (mind).

When Ram married Sita, the marriage represents: Pure Light merging with the Mind, which gives birth to the human body.

When Consciousness (Ram) merges with mind (Sita), conflicts arise. Both enter the dark forest of attractions & distractions (वनवास).

Ram & Sita aren't merely two separate individuals. Sita is his reflection & Ram is Sita’s power of action. Their physical manifestation reflects a deeper unity between the two.

1. Divide your capital amongst your family members:

• Ensure they are not salaried employees as they might not be allowed to trade as per their employer's policy.

• Your family is your strength, not just emotionally, but financially too.

• E.g. your net taxable income works out to Rs. 50 lacs, as per the new tax regime, you are in the 30% tax bracket.

However, if you divide the capital amongst your family members in such a way that the net taxable income works out to Rs. 12.5 lacs per member (assuming 4).

This way the tax bracket gets shifted from 30% to 20%, clear saving of 10%

2. Expenses a trader can claim:

All the expenses directly related to the trading business can be claimed.

i) Rent Expense: If one has an office on rented premises, rent paid is a valid expense. However, you should have the rent receipts & rent agreement as valid proof.

Imagine if you owned lavish office spaces.

You could earn lakhs as rent every month.

But it isn’t easy. Such properties cost crores.

You can, however, buy a part of them.

How? Through fractional real estate platforms (different from REITs).

How does it work?

It starts with a company/platform identifying investable Grade A properties like commercial buildings or warehouses.

Such premium properties usually cost crores.

So, the company invites multiple investors to pool money.

After collecting money, the platform creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to buy the property.

And the investors become shareholders in this SPV.

Examples of these companies/platforms include Strata, hBits, Property Share, etc.

How do these companies generate returns for investors? 🤔

There are two ways.

• One, they earn rent from the tenants, who are usually locked for a long-term lease.

• Two, capital appreciation from the property when they sell it.

What sort of returns can you expect?

Platforms like hBits and Strata promise 8-10% yearly rental returns on their listed assets.

Post capital appreciation, the overall average annual return they promise is 12-20% in the long term (typically 5 years).

It is a technical framework which explains markets movements based on certain rules called the Tenets of dow theory

The 6 tenets are listed below: 👇

1. 3 TREND MARKET

a) Primary trends

• Main movements in the market

• Time frame is large (1yr or greater)

b) Secondary trends

• These trends are corrections in the primary trend

• Direction opposite to the primary trend

• Timeframe is small (few weeks to few months)

c) Minor trends

• Smallest and most insignificant trends

• Smallest time frame ( few hours to few days)

2. MARKET DISCOUNTS EVERYTHING

This tenet is essentially made around the fact that the price of a stock incorporates all the information (any events, results, ratios, earning potential, etc.) about the stock.

Even future events are discounted as risk

Stretch your chest

Almost everyone’s chest muscles are extremely tight, causing them to naturally hunch over.

Hold the wall/doorway and lean forward.

Hold this stretch for 20 seconds at least 3 times throughout the day.

Superman (Strengthens low back)

Lie on your stomach and raise your hands and legs as high as you feel comfortable.

You can look straight or down, whatever doesn’t strain your neck.

Hold at the top for a second and go back down.

Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Sitting row (Strengthens mid back)

Sit with your legs straight, and back upright.

Puff your chest out.

Hold the band with your palms facing towards each other.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together holding for a second, and slowly go back.

Do 12 reps for 3 sets.

Wall slides (Strengthens upper back)

Your ankles, butt, shoulder blades, and head should be touching the wall.

Have your elbows at 90 degrees and bring your arms up touching your thumbs together.

Bring your elbows down and repeat.

Do 12 reps for 3 sets.

Sales growth 5Years >10 AND

Average return on equity 5Years > 20 AND

Average return on capital employed 5Years > 20 AND
Market Capitalization > 1000 AND
Return over 5years >20% AND
Profit growth 5Years >15 AND
Promoter holding>50

What will happen to your PPF account once it completes 15 years?? Many are unaware (including bank staff). Hence, it is wise to understand the rules properly.

Ideally, PPF is not a 15 years product. But slightly higher than that. Because PPF will mature on immediately next 1st April after the completion of 15 years. Let us take an example.

Assume you have opened PPF on the 23rd of Nov 2022. Then It will complete 15 years on 23rd Nov 2037. However, the maturity date as I mentioned above is immediately next 1st of April. Hence, it will mature on 1st April 2038.

Now once it completes 15 years, then you have three options.
1) Close the account.
2) Extend for another 5 years (without any fresh contribution)
3) Extend for another 5 years (with contribution)
Let us see the options one by one.

1) Close the account -
You have to opt for this within a year from the date of completion of 15 years.
You will get the complete principal and interest (up to the last day of the month preceding the month in which the account is closed.
