Destressing Tips,
The past few weeks/months/year has been rather stressful.
I have a few things I do to destress and clear my mind that I'd like to share. Perhaps one or more of these might be useful?
1) Plenty of Water, a hydrated body/hydrated mind.

There is no doubt that this is a REAL THREAT. I'm not going to sugar coat the severity of the situation, but I find myself thinking a lot about the far Larger Threat to Freedom and Capitalism than China and it is all around us ... Artificial Intelligence Systems.
