Ballot Laundering Operation in re Election 2020

Known Outcome: Mail Fraud within USPS

- My partner and I were invited in late November to review ongoing efforts by private parties of alleged fraud and/or malfeasance in Election 2020.

(2/25)
- Our efforts are as private citizens working completely on a pro bono basis for purposes of election integrity and upholding rule of law.

- After meeting various groups and individuals involved in Election 2020 reviews, we were informed on a host of topics.
(3/25)
- We reviewed extensive data and information. We subsequently decided that we should zero in on the 'currency' to determine the outcome of the election.

- The currency in this election, as in any other, are the ballots themselves. Who produced the ballots?
(4/25)
- Who transported them? Were there excess ballots secreted into the system over and above what Registrars of Voters across the country had initially requested for purposes of voting in their counties? What about envelopes for the delivery/processing of Mail-In ballots?
(5/25)
- What role might the US Postal System have played in transporting ballots? Was everything done 'by the book' so that the sanctity of everybody's vote was upheld and nobody was disenfranchised? Many questions to address. As with all our efforts, time to follow the facts.
(6/25)
- Based on info learned, we zeroed in on Bethpage, NY given word of truck driver and whistleblower named Jesse Morgan who provided a sworn affidavit that he delivered between 144k-288k ballots from the USPS Logistical and Distribution Center located at 288 Grumman Road W.
(7/25)
- Mr. Morgan's run went early in the morning of October 21st from Bethpage, NY to Harrisburg, PA where he sat for 6 hours before being sent to Lancaster, PA where he parked his rig only to find that it was gone the next morning. But let's go back to Bethpage.
(8/25)
- We undertook a study of the facility on Grumman Road W and the main retail USPS operation in Bethpage at 339 Hicksville Road. We always look for primary source information so we ran a review on employees who worked in different roles who may have been involved in
(9/25)
- the mail processing of the ballots that Mr. Morgan testified to in his sworn affidavit. We spoke to a number of individuals including a worker who loaded the ballots on Mr. Morgan's truck despite the fact that this sort of mail is not processed at that facility. Hmm . .
(10/25)
- Each and every time ballots were to be loaded this individual inquired as to how to handle them given that they did not process mail of this sort at USPS/Grumman Road W. This individual informed us, "we did what we were told to get those ballots to their destination."
(11/25)
- A supervisor at USPS provided information that we learned was incorrect in terms of the handling of bulk mail. Upon engaging an individual within USPS Inspection, we learned that the USPS/Grumman Road W facility did not even have the proper systems to process
(12/25)
this sort of mail. Moreover, the fact that ballots in bulk were secreted, that is entered, into the USPS system from this facility was clearly a problem. What is really going on?

- Additionally, we learned that these mail in ballots were placed on the truck
(13/25)
in question on trays which are the means used to deliver mail to differing geographic locales not only within a state but across state lines.

- Those ballots should not have been at USPS/Grumman Road W in Bethpage, NY. That is not our opinion. That is a fact.
(14/25)
- That fact was stated to us by two completely independent USPS employees. Their statement confirms and corroborates Mr. Morgan's testimony while expanding upon it as well.

- As such, the USPS was either defrauded by individuals inside USPS
(15/25)
if the ballots being transported were not paid for or the USPS facilitated the mail fraud if it knowingly and willingly transported these ballots from that facility on Grumman Road W without entering them into their system. Either way, a Mail Fraud has been
(16/25)
perpetrated more than once in the delivery of these ballots across state lines.

- What about the envelopes which Mr. Morgan in his sworn affidavit represented as having return addresses filled out? This is a line of further inquiry that needs to be addressed.
(17/25)
- Whether PA or elsewhere, states in which these ballots were delivered should provide the envelopes for review to determine who filled in those addresses and where those addresses were? In order to pursue this line of inquiry, we need to obtain some of those envelopes.
(18/25)
- What might we learn about the ballots themselves whether they were ballots transported across state lines by Mr. Morgan from Bethpage to PA and then perhaps to other geographic locations or ballots procured elsewhere? Well, again let's follow the facts.
(19/25)
- Having procured ballots from those within Delaware County, PA, we shared them with an analyst named Jovan Pulitzer who recently provided expert witness review on ballots and voting machines in Georgia.
(20/25)
- Upon review of ballots presented, Mr. Pulitzer informed us that the alignment of specific key data entry points on the ballots we shared were off by an error rate of 1300% vs an allowable misalignment of 1 micron. Hmmm . . . What does this mean?
(21/25)
- To the naked eye, this misalignment is unrecognizable but the impact is such that votes cast using these ballots would not be properly read. If these ballots were sent to specific counties within specific states they would skew the results in a meaningful fashion.
(22/25)
- This information also requires a further line of inquiry of the ballot companies producing these specific ballots as these facts go straight to impugning the integrity of the votes and the outcome of the Election 2020.
(23/25)
- Be mindful that the number of ballots on Mr. Morgan's truck from that one run are more than sufficient to swing the entire 2020 Election. How so? Ballots like currency are fungible. That is when ballots of sufficient volume are laundered
(24/25)
into and through a system in the manner in which these ballots from Bethpage, NY have been they spoil the whole batch of ballots within a precinct, a district, a county, a state and ultimately a country.
(25/25)
- It would only take 114k votes in 3 swing states (PA, WI, GA) to overturn the results of the 2020 Election. By the same token, it would only take 77k votes in 4 specific states (WI, GA, AZ, and NV) to do the same.
