 FDI inflows that stood at US$ 36.05 billion in 2013-14, jumped to US$ 61.96 billion in 2017-18. For the first time in 20 years, in 2018, India beat China in FDI inflows. Such massive investment boosts growth and jobs. @manthriji @VV4BJP

The number of mobile & parts manufacturing units increased from 2 in 2014, to 268 in 2018. These units have also opened fresh avenues for direct employment for lakhs of youth. Such a massive expansion also has an impact via indirect job creation.
5.6 lakh commercial vehicles sold in 2018 sasuming employment for each at 2, we can infer that 11 lakh jobs are annually added in this sector alone.If sales of cars,3 wheelers & tractors are factored in addition to this,over 30 lakh job share created in this sector alone yearly.
As foreign tourist arrivals grew by 50% & foreign exchange earnings from tourism grew from US$ 18 billion to US$ 27 billion, the heightened economic activity has provided more jobs to the hospitality and tourism sector.Approximately 14.62 million job opportunities created.
Domestic air passengers crossed 120 million in 2018. As UDAN added over 30 operational airports to India’s aviation map, these airports also created jobs and livelihood opportunities in tier II and tier III cities.
According to KPMG, the travel and tourism sector grew at 16% per annum adding 30-40 lakh jobs every year
More than 15 crore MUDRA loans worth more than Rs. 7 lakh crore have been disbursed to small entrepreneurs; over 4 crore first time borrowers have started their business using this.They would have not only found an employment for themselves but also created more jobs for others
A survey by CII has revealed that MSME sector added about 1.49 crore jobs each year in the last four years. This means nearly 6 crore jobs added during the Modi government’s tenure in the MSME sector.
As per the data provided by the Dept of Income Tax, an average of 1.5 lakh tax paying professionals were added annually between 2014-15 & 2017-18. Assuming at least some of these professionals hire some support staff, lakhs of fresh jobs are being created annually.

73.50 lakh net new subscribers were added to the EPFO. Approximately 10 lakh subscribers were added each month to ESIC.

About 10 lakh workers being added to the formal workforce per month or 1.2crore per year (consider 50%overlap between two).

India has emerged as one of the top hubs of start-ups and there is an ecosystem of mobile apps and aggregators created across sectors like food, logistics, consumables, retail etc. This has propelled job creation.
An analysis by World Data lab suggests that the number of people below poverty line in India is now less than 5 crore. For people to be taken out of poverty, they have to be engaged in certain economic activities.
A study by McKinsey Global Institute titled “India’s Labour Market- A New Emphasis on Gainful Employment” has highlighted that increased government spending, rise of independent work and entrepreneurship have led to incremental job growth for 20-26 million people during 2014-17.
According to a NASSCOM Report in Jan 2018, around 1.4 crore new jobs have been created between 2014-17 in four core sectors including automotive, IT-BPM, retail and textiles. Around 65 lakh of these jobs were created in the retail sector alone.

महाभारत की कहानी कौन नहीं जानता।लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि महाभारत के ज्यादातर पात्र किसी न किसी श्राप में फंसे थे।अगर ये श्राप न होते तो कदाचित महाभारत की कहानी कुछ और होती।हिन्दु पौराणिक ग्रंथों में विभिन्न श्रापों का वर्णन मिलता है व हर श्राप के पीछे कोई कहानी अवश्य होती है।


आइए आज जानते हैं महाभारत कथा में वर्णित कुछ श्रापों के बारे में।

1) राजा पाण्डु को ऋषि किन्दम का श्राप

एकबार महाराज पाण्डु शिकार खेलने वन गए।झाडियों के पीछे कुछ हिल रहा था। मृग है सोचकर राजा ने बाण चलाया जो जाकर ऋषि किन्दम और उनकी पत्नी को लगा।वे दोनो रति-क्रीड़ा में लिप्त थे।

जब राजा ने उन्हें देखा तो बहुत दुखी हुए कि ये मुझसे क्या पाप हो गया।बहुत क्षमा याचना के बाद भी किन्दम ऋषि ने पाण्डु को श्राप दे दिया कि जब भी वो किसी स्त्री को काम भावना से स्पर्श करेंगे उसी क्षण उनकी मृत्यु हो जाएगी।पश्चाताप करने, वे सिंहासन पे अन्धे राजा धृतराष्ट्र को बैठाकर...


..स्वयं अपनी रानियों कुंती व माद्री के साथ वन चले गए।पांडवों का जन्म भी कुंती को ऋषि दुर्वासा द्वारा दिए गए मंत्र से हुआ था जिसमे किसी भी देव का स्मरण कर उस देव से कुंती,पुत्र प्राप्त कर सकती थी।एक बार माद्री पे मोहित हो जब पांडु ने उसे स्पर्श किया,उसी क्षण पांडु की मृत्यु होगयी।


2) उर्वशी का अर्जुन को श्राप

महाभारत युद्ध से पहले जब अर्जुन दिव्यास्त्र प्राप्त करने स्वर्ग गए तो वहां उर्वशी नाम की अप्सरा उन पर मोहित हो गयी। अर्जुन ने जब उन्हें अपनी माता के समान बताया तो यह सुनकर उर्वशी क्रोधित हो गयी और अर्जुन को श्राप दे डाला कि तुम नपुंसक की भांति...

So, why does this happen? So Unix (which was only 5 years old at this point) had the good idea of "everything is a file" which mean you could do things like write to sockets, pipes, the console, etc with the same commands and instructions.

Every now and then an idea sticks with me like that corner of tortilla chip that just won't go down your throat. It happened with SPARROWHAWK, which began as 40k of a YA story, died, and was reborn as a comic, thanks to @christopher_j_r and @boomstudios. And now... 2/

It's happening with THE WILLOWS, a short story that you'll see in @UncannyMagazine next year. This Southern Gothic horror story began as an attempt to sell my next Romance to @AbZurdity after the Blud books in 2014 or so. And she didn't buy it. Guess why? 3/

Turns out, it wasn't a Romance! It was Southern Gothic Horror. Even the bones of it screamed strangeness, not sexiness. I loved the taste of the world, but I hadn't found the right story yet. Tried to write it 2 more times and failed. Until I finally understood what it was. 4/

So I took the 50 pages I'd written and cut half of them, twisting the story around from a gothy Romance inspired by the band the Civil Wars and turned it into a spooky descent into madness. And it looked back at me from the abyss as if to say, DUH. Sometimes... 5/

What are the features of a normal urine?

A normal urine should have a light yellow colour, painless, odourless (or faint smell), steady stream and should ideally not foam when you pee.

When there’s something wrong, then you see changes in all the above normal features of urine.

For instance if urine becomes very deep yellow, it may mean you are dehydrated;

If urine becomes painful or smells really really bad, it may mean you have an infection;

If urine has a poor stream, especially in a man, it may mean a prostate problem like cancer.

What are the things that can cause urine to suddenly be foamy. As I said in the first tweet, it MAY mean a serious medical illness like a serious kidney problem.

First things first- it does NOT always mean a problem but it may as well.

Now what are the causes of Foamy Urine:

1. SPEED-
If you pee really fast or with a lot of force, it may make your urine more foamy than usual. The speed and force makes the urine generate a lot of bubbles which tend to almost quickly disappear as it is formed in the toilet bowl.
