Some important guidelines to be followed by those who have yet not registered on #AyogyaSetuApp or Cowin website..
1) Registeration is done through #Aadhaar card..If you are 60+ then only #Aadhaar +

+ will suffice..If you are between 45 and 60 then you must have been suffering from #Comorbidity .
You have to get your comorbidity medical certificate from a RMP..Choose vaccination centre near to ur place..Prescribed format of medical certificate is attached in screen shot.

2) Before visiting vaccination centre, you must take proper intake of food.
3) You have to carry your original #Aadhaar card only, if you are not having any comorbidity..In case you have comorbidity then you have to also carry your original medical certificate issued by a +

4) If you are being treated for any cardio vascular disease or diabetes or blood pressure then u must carry doctor's prescription of medicines consumed by you.This is necessary because, #CovidShield has contraindications against few medicines.

Once you have been given ur shot, u will kept under observation for about 20-30 mins..
You shall be given instructions to be followed for next 2-3 days.
5) You should apply an ice pack at the place, vaccine has been administered to u..No massaging at that place, must be done.
