It’s very unfortunate to mention Love and Jih@d together. Love, one of the most beautiful & strong feeling coated by selflessness, is being deliberately used to fulfill the most brutal selfish purpose, jih@d.

The truth is that Jih@d includes war but it is not limited to it. Jih@d means any effort to promote izl@m.

Well, Love jih@d is not similar to interfaith marriage or love marriage. A universal love marriage can be between any man & woman, within the same faith or outside faiths.

But, love jih@d is a situation where a guy creates a fake identity to attract a girl of different religion, keep it a top secret until the relationship get serious and then forces her to change her religion.

When a man establishes relationship with a woman for conversion purposes, not only it is a breach of trust, but necessarily involves manipulation, and psychological, emotional and spiritual abuse of the woman and this is NOT love.

So called intellectuals call it a propaganda coined by hindu nationalist. So, let me tell you a brief history about it-

|| Savasana: The best bedtime yoga ||

According to the Haṭharatnavali 3.7-20, Savasana (शवासन) is one of the 84 asanas (postures) taught by Shiva. According to Haṭhayogapradīpikā I.33- “Lying down on the ground, like a corpse, is called Savasana

How to do it:
1) Lie flat on your back, Legs should be separated.
2 ) Keep your arms straight & palms facing up.
3) Close your eyes & breathe deeply & slowly through the nostrils.
4) Start concentrating from your head to your feet. Relax & don't move.
5) Do it atleast for 10 min

"Twitter bans sharing private media without permission", what does that mean?

well that means, if anyone is sharing someone's else phone number, photos, videos, bank account details which is NOT available in any public domain, WITHOUT their permission will be violation.

First of all lets see what is not a violation-
Sharing your own photos, selfies, phone no. email, video is not a violation.

sharing screen shot, SS of gossips, or putting accusations is NOT a violation.

for ex- if my phone number or email is shared on my website & someone else is sharing it on twitter, it will NOT be a violation, however, sharing someone's address on twitter will be violation even if it is mentioned in public domain except for the situation like natural disaster

Another thing is, if anyone is exposing or threatening to expose someone on twitter using their photos videos etc will be considered as violation.

Let us start with the controversies-
Is this act unconstitutional as it is being preached by many political parties?
There are two ways in which a law can be declared unconstitutional: substantive and procedural.

a. Substantive grounds are where the law itself is unconstitutional, which means the law is against the fundamental rights. Farm act is not about the fundamental rights.
b. Procedural grounds are where the way in which a law is enforced is unconstitutional.

Now, this give us two points where this law can be challenged-

I. If this act against the Federalism structure of India.

Federalism in India refers to relations between the Centre and the States of the Union of India.

In simple words, there are few sections where only state govt. can make law (state list) & there are few sections where only Centre can make law (union list). However, there are few section where both can make law (concurrent list), refers to the 7th schedule of our constitution.

Before 1954, only state govt. had powers to make law related to agriculture. But, in 1954, Nehru chacha did an amendment which gave powers to centre too to make agriculture related law, refers to the entry on 33 of concurrent list.
