Situated at 6 kms from #Rameshwaram, is a sacred fresh water spring in the sea. Yes, you heard me right. There is a fresh water body inside the saline sea. This place is called Villoondi Teertham and is the main attraction of this place.
A beautiful beach of #TamilNadu and one of the 64 teerthas(sacred water bodies) of Hindus in #Rameshwaram .There is a small Shiva shrine nearby and the Shiva linga here is named Thrayambakeshwara. The reason for this fresh water body in the sea is stated in #Ramayana.
It states that, After rescuing Mata Sita from Ravana, Rama together with Lakshmana, Sita, Hanumana and some of his other friends flew from Sri Lanka to Rameswaram on Pushpak Vimana, where he performed some rituals, Yajna and poojas by making a Shiva Linga.
After rituals Rama &his friends started their journey towards #Ayodhya ,when Mata Sita &his friends felt thirsty, Rama took his bow &arrow and shot it in the sea. The place where arrow pierced into sea emerged a fresh water spring, its believed Villoondi Teertham is that spring.
Villoondi literally means, one that is pierced through an arrow.
After the spring emanated, Rama and all his friends quenched their thirst and restarted their journey.
It is believed that a Trip to #Rameshwaram is incomplete unless you visit this place.

A group of students that spoke out about the Nazi regime which ultimately ended with their imprisonment or execution.
Why is this?
Is it because everyday Germans were embarrassed by what they had allowed to happen.
Regardless of what Covid is or isn't we've e allowed our Government unprecedented powers to curtail our freedoms.
They have chosen polices that put care home residents at risk, ignored all other health concerns and collapsed the economy
A virus with a 0.27 IFR.
They profit from our misery.
They are unaccountable for their actions.
With the aid of the bought media they have covered up deaths under the guise of Covid
It is time we unite and learn from the mistakes of 1940s everyday Germans
They lived to regret fighting back
The cycle is endless
First the vulnerable, then all adults then the children and then it's yearly.
Then non compliance will be punished
Then you are no longer free
Yes people have died from a respitory virus named Covid but they show no care for non Covid excess deaths
About 50,000 non Covid excess deaths at home in England & Wales over the last 12 months and not a word from our PM
Is this a man that cares about our health or does he care about his ties to Pharma and the elites.
It's a select club and we are not in it.

A 🧵 you must read
Hindu society and Hindus suffer from many problems. For example, Christianity appears to be simple because it has given the Bible for its members. Similarly the Muslims use the Quran all over the world
But Hindus have to use many scriptures such as the four Vedas, hundreds of Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Puranas, Agamas, Tantras, Ramayana, Mahabharata, etc
Most Hindus do not know which scripture they should consult if they were to learn what Hinduism stands for the fundamental teachings of Hinduism and how they are supposed to lead Hindu way of life.
Hindu Swamis and Gurus are a source of great strength to the Hindu society. But they all interpret the Hindu scriptures in their own way. If a person listens to different Swamis he would not know which version he should follow.
The situation is even more confusing to those who would like to follow Hinduism outside India.
Hinduism is not a missionary religion. Unlike other religions, it does not have an evangelical wing to proselytise members of other religions.

Sri Anjaneya/Hanuman murti at Namakkal is 18ft tall and holds a japmala in hand and sword in waist.
Here, Anjaneya is closely associated with Narasimha and Ma Lakshmi.
Once, Anjaneya was bathing in Gandaki river of Nepal. He found a huge shaligram shaped like Sri Vishnu. He carried it with him. When he was passing over this place, he wished to bathe but shaligram cannot be placed on ground.
He, then, saw Mahalakshmi doing penance.
She wanted to see Prabhu as Narasimha, hence the penance. She agreed to hold the shaligram for some specified time. When Anjaneya could not come back within the given time, she placed it down. The shaligram became a huge mountain.
Vishnu appeared as Narasimha before Ma Lakshmi.
Anjaneya also stayed back. His Vigraha is carved out of a single rock.
The major festival here is the fifteen-day Panguni Uthiram celebrated during the Tamil month of Panguni (March – April) when the image of presiding deities are taken around the streets of the mandir.
Ramaswamy Temple, in Kumbakonam is also called Southern Ayodhya, located on the banks of river Kaveri. Shri Rama and Mata Sita are seen in sitting position on a single peetha
Vigraham is made of saligrama Sila,
Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrugna standing nearby. Hanuman can be seen here in a sitting posture with one hand holding a Veena and Ramayana book on other hand. This is also the only temple where Bharata and Shatrughna can be seen along with Shri Rama, Sita Devi and Lakshmana.
Sthala Puranam says that vigraham in the temple were found in a temple tank in the near by village. Inner walls are decoratedwith Ramayana paintings. In each pillers beautiful sculptors can be seen which is made using single stone
It is believed that people who face obstacles in
their wedding, prays to get relieved from all doshas as Shri Rama and Mata Seetha appear in their Pattabhisheka Kolam. Sriramanavami is celebrated in a grand manner.

One of the natural glories of India is Chilika, Asia’s largest salt-water lake. Flanked by blue hills and studded with isles and islets, the vast span of this glorious salt water lake spreading over some 1,100 sq. km.
opens up to the sea, creating an unforgettable sight.
One of the isles has a shrine, dedicated to Kalijai. She is the presiding deity of the lake. All those who ply boats or travel by them pray to her for protection. Once she herself had faced a calamity.
Indeed, she had been a human being, but a girl with a difference.
Probably she wanted to devote her life to some spiritual cause; she did not wish to lead an ordinary worldly life. However, her parents arranged a match for her.
Kalijai was taken by a small boat to a village across the lake for the wedding. Midway, the sky became overcast with dark clouds. Strong winds broke out and the swelling waves splashed into the now unsteady boat.
All the passengers were panicky, but Kalijai sat calm, eyes closed. The wind was followed by heavy downpour. So thick was it that those in the boat could not see one another. Suddenly the boat upturned.

1/ More creating, less consuming
I stopped obsessive mindless scrolling and started creating. Instagram for artworks. Twitter for thoughts. Unsubscribed from other apps. Saved a LOT of time.
2/ More deep focus, less context switching
I loved to be involved in many projects, but didn’t take into account the cost of making the mind switch between works. I decided to choose one important project and pour all of me into it.
3/ “It’s either hell yeah, or no”
I dropped projects that didn’t make me feel all fervent. I ruthlessly purged the guilt and FOMO. It was hella scary and uncomfortable at first, but was liberating over time. Knowing your why is the key.
4/ More focus on health and people
I was generous with time when it was for my health and people. I exercised, did yoga, went on for walks, and slept whenever I wanted. Same way, I didn’t look at the clock when I was with people. I resolved to be there and only there.
5/ Less worrying about saying no
Well, this was perhaps the toughest one for me. I was so used to being involved in many projects, that retracting myself from them was almost impossible. It was SO painful. Yet, I trusted it would be a wise choice long term and bore the pain.
Logarithmic v/s Linear scale chart.
Tried to capture the most important (but most ignored) concept in simplest language.
For many people, this is going to be an eye opener.
U may share this thread so that it can reach to maximum people of our traders community.
Assume that you have been recruited as an Engineer in 1990 in XYZ company with salary of 4 k.
Next year (i.e. 1991) you got 20% salary hike and now your salary is 4k + 20% % rise = 4.8K.
You got extremely happy due to salary increment of 800 INR.
Now after 30 years in 2021, Your salary is 1.2 lac and today your boss has approved salary hike of whooping 800 INR.
But wait, the strange thing is, You are not happy today.
The reason is simple.
Hike of 800 INR in 1991 was 20% of salary and the same amount now is less than 1% of current salary.
I hope you got my point.
This is where the "Log" chart comes into the picture.
Log chart depicts the price (Y axis of chart) with unit spaced in percentage terms.
Means the distance between 1-100 is bigger than 1100-1200.
While in normal chart the distance between numbers/unit is uniform.
linear chart treats 800 INR in same way irrespective of year.

You should probably consider starting something
Just listen to this:
You can start with the community
I’ve identified ~8000 communities that could be unbundled from Reddit
- They are thriving
- They could make you ~$1m/year of revenue
- You often need $400 max to build MVP to tap that untapped value
- It's fun
Sounds like a dream job to me
People in Silicon Valley don’t have an edge on you
SF held the monopoly on startups for decades. Now, being in SF doesn’t matter for 99% of businesses
Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise
The world is flat and is staying flat
Hell yeah. That feels good to say
You have 10x the amount of funding sources
You used to have to rely on VCs. Not anymore
To name a few:
- Fund via your community
- Fund via NFTs
- Fund via pre-sales
- Fund via tokens
- Fund via accelerators all over the world
All of a sudden, you have 10x the options
Niche businesses can be worth billions
People used to laugh at niche. Why “go small” when you could “go big”?
The way to go big right now IS to go small
Large tech companies can’t be everything to everyone
What Vinayak [email protected] faced?
1. Each cell measured 13'6" by 7'6" with a very small ventilator.
2. There was a distinction made between Hindu and non-Hindu prisoners.
3. The Janeu of the Hindu prisoners was cut off whereas M prisoners were allowed to sport their beards.
4. The prisoners were released only for some time in the morning, afternoon and evening (just three times a day) to answer their nature calls. Locked at 7 pm till 7 am.
5. For the 12 hours of night they were given a small clay pot to relieve themselves.
6. The food given in the jail often caused diarrhoea and hence many prisoners defecated on the floors of their cells. One had to sleep in the same cell with excreta floating.
7. The sweeper threw tantrums to clean the cell and agreed only if he were offered tobacco.
8. Each prisoner was given 3.5 gram of salt per day. Sometimes kerosene oil was mixed with the breakfast of rice kanji/ganji, which caused diarrhoea.
9. For torture, they were handcuffed and made to stand from 7 am to 11 am and thn from 12 pm to 5 pm. The feet were chained too. This punishment sometimes lasted for several months. If one couldn't control nature's call during this period, he was punished more.
At the fag end of WW2, when Japan was literally on its last legs and USA was contemplating whether to drop the bomb or not.
One side wanted to drop the bomb and get it over with. Other side thought Japan was so battered that, she would surrender
Meanwhile, most of the Japanese Cabinet wanted to surrender, provided the Emperor could continue but were confused as Allies had said, "Unconditional Surrender"
At this point informal negotiations for giving up, had started.
Post the surrender of Germany, all the Allies met in Potsdam and issued a declaration, that said, "Unless Japan surrenders immediately, they will face prompt and utter destruction", a clear indication for the Bomb.
The Japanese PM, Kantaro Suzuki, wanted to give up
But to keep the ultras off his back, he decided to offer no comments to the Potsdam Proclamation
He used the Japanese word, "Mokusatsu", which meant silence.
But some translator dude in USA, used the other meaning of the word, "Kill it with Contempt" to describe Suzuki's stance
The USA thought Japanese have no interest in Surrender and will fight to death because of that response.
They thought Japan was too aggressive to surrender.
So eight days later, they dropped the Bomb on Hiroshima.
One small mistranslation, one cataclysmic event..

In Hinduism, there are few topics which can fascinate even an atheist. Kundalini is one of them.
Kundalini is the latent Shakti sleeping near the Muladhara region (bottom of the spinal cords).
Siva Samhita, chapter 5 (pic 2)
Two fingers above the rectum and two fingers below the linga , four fingers in width is a space like a bulbous root.
Between this space is the yoni having its face towards the back. That space is called the root;there dwells the Goddess Kundalini.
It surrounds all the nadis and has three coils and a half;and catching its tail in its own mouth,it rests in the hole of the Sushumna(nadi).
Chandogya Upanishad 8.6.6 and Katha Upanishad 2.16 says:
यदा सर्वे प्रभिद्यन्ते हृदयस्येह ग्रन्थयः ।
अथ मर्त्योऽमृतो भवत्येतावद्ध्यनुशासनम् ॥
शतं चैका च हृदयस्य नाड्य-
स्तासां मूर्धानमभिनिःसृतैका ।
विष्वङ्ङन्या उत्क्रमणे भवन्ति ॥
When all the knots of Hridaya Granthi are cut down, mortal becomes an immortal & attains Brahman there. There are 101 Nadis which emerge from heart, one Nadi goes out piercing the head. Going up through that, one attains immortality; the others serve for departing in diiff. ways.
Further Examination of the Motif near PRRA Reveals Close Structural Similarity to the SEB Superantigen as well as Sequence Similarities to Neurotoxins and a Viral SAg.
The insertion PRRA together with 7 sequentially preceding residues & succeeding R685 (conserved in β-CoVs) form a motif, Y674QTQTNSPRRAR685, homologous to those of neurotoxins from Ophiophagus (cobra) and Bungarus genera, as well as neurotoxin-like regions from three RABV strains
(20) (Fig. 2D). We further noticed that the same segment bears close similarity to the HIV-1 glycoprotein gp120 SAg motif F164 to V174.
In (B), the segment S680PPRAR685 including the PRRA insert and highly conserved cleavage site *R685* is shown in van der Waals representation (black labels) and nearby CDR residues of the TCRVβ domain are labeled in blue/white
Sequence Identity %
Y674 - QTQTNSPRRA - R685
Similar to neurotoxins from Ophiophagus (cobra) & Bungarus genera & neurotoxin-like regions from three RABV strains
T678 - NSPRRA- R685
Superantigenic core, consistently aligned against bacterial or viral SAgs

Here are 10 ways to do that:
1. Save only the best notes: Don't hoard information. Save your top 5-10% of ideas only. That way, you can trust that everything in your note-taking system is high-quality.
