Form a company with family members and trade under it. The family members should be directors of the company. Will explain why later.

Why form a company?
You will only need to pay 25% flat tax. Individuals have to pay 30% tax above 10 lakh profits.

2. Surcharge Benefits:

You will be charged a lower surcharge in a corporate account.

The total tax outlay for individuals is 30% plus surcharge. If you really earn a lot (10 cr +) then you will be paying 42% tax.

Whereas in a company you'll be paying a maximum of 28% tax.

Even though Russia has a long coast, its entire length is far high up in Northern hemisphere and hence the waters are not warm throughout the year

The coast freezes for close to half the year and that means they cant have good ports there and trade and commerce is affected.

And for trade, you need a warm water port. Where trade can happen all year and connections to the south.

Here comes the answer - Ukraine.

Ukraine has a coast along the Black sea and connects to the Mediterranean which opens up the entire world.

Russia so dearly desires this.

After the collapse of the USSR, the 'Stans' - Uzbek, Kazhakh etc fell along with the Russians. But the countries close to Europe - Romania, Lithuania etc fell with the west and NATO.

Ukraine got caught in the middle. Eastern part of Ukraine supported Russia & the west with EU

And Ukraine had Sevastapol, a warm water port in the region of Crimea (the small part that juts out in the south).

Russia had a lease to use this warm water port & run its ships for trade.

But if Ukraine went into EU or NATO, there was the risk of losing this port.

I asked: "Is ReLU continuous and differentiable?"

Surprisingly, a lot of people were confused about this.

Let's break this down step by step: ↓

Let's start by defining ReLU:

f(x) = max(0, x)

In English: if x <= 0, the function will return 0. Otherwise, the function will return x.

If you draw this function, you'll get the attached chart.

Notice there are no discontinuities in the function.

This should be enough to answer half of the original question: the ReLU function is continuous.

Let's now think about the differentiable part.

A necessary condition for a function to be differentiable: it must be continuous.

ReLU is continuous. That's good, but not enough.

Its derivative should also exist for every individual point.

Here is where things get interesting.

We can compute the derivative of a function using the attached formula.

(I'm not going to explain where this is coming from; you can trust me on this one.)

We can use this formula to see whether ReLU is differentiable.
