My one person online business makes $20k+ per month and I only work 3-4 hours per day.

No cold showers
No productivity apps
No fancy morning routines

Here's the 5 step process I use to get shit done and get paid (even if you're the world's laziest person):

This thread will save you a f*ckton of time and took me 5 years of trial and error to write.

Let's get started 👇
Most people overcomplicate productivity.

They think there's something wrong with them and the only thing stopping them from being productive is another app, routine or "hack".

I've tried them ALL and let me tell you 99% of it is BS.

The following 5 steps are all you need:
1) Make a to-do list BEFORE you go to bed

> Prepping a list in advance will slash your procrastination by half as you won't wake up asking "what should I do?"

> Keep it at 6 high ROI tasks max.

> No need to overcomplicate with apps. Write it down on paper.
2) Order your task list from hardest to easiest

> Soon as your morning routine is done, start working on your list

> Do the hardest task, then move onto the next

> Do this step right and you'll accomplish more by midday than most people achieve in one week
3) Work on 1 thing at a time

>Multitasking is great if you like to feel like you are getting things done vs actually getting things done

> Complete 1 item, cross it off your list from 👆, then move onto the next task

> Listen to classical music to get into focus-mode
4) Use a timer

> If you give yourself 1 week to write an article, it will take you one week.

> If you give yourself 1 hour to write an article, it will take you one hour.

> Lesson: If you want to get things done faster, give yourself a tighter deadline
5) Use Sundays to plan

Every Sunday I spend 15 minutes writing out my goals for the week.

The goals are split into 2 categories; personal and business.

Eg for Business
- Write 2 threads
- Book 3 sales calls

Eg for Personal
- Gym x 4
- Buy new sim card
80% of the time "trying to be more productive" is just an excuse to procrastinate.

So stop shopping around for the latest hack or app.

These 5 steps are more than enough to help you crush your goals and outwork most people.
Summary: How to be productive AF in 5 steps

1) Write tomorrow's task list before you go to bed
2) Order task list from most important to least important
3) Do ONE thing at a time
4) Use a timer to increase focus and urgency
5) Use Sundays to plan your week

All you need.

Unfortunately the "This work includes the identification of viral sequences in bat samples, and has resulted in the isolation of three bat SARS-related coronaviruses that are now used as reagents to test therapeutics and vaccines." were BEFORE the

chimeric infectious clone grants were there.https://t.co/DAArwFkz6v is in 2017, Rs4231.
https://t.co/UgXygDjYbW is in 2016, RsSHC014 and RsWIV16.
https://t.co/krO69CsJ94 is in 2013, RsWIV1. notice that this is before the beginning of the project

starting in 2016. Also remember that they told about only 3 isolates/live viruses. RsSHC014 is a live infectious clone that is just as alive as those other "Isolates".

P.D. somehow is able to use funds that he have yet recieved yet, and send results and sequences from late 2019 back in time into 2015,2013 and 2016!

I'm going to do two history threads on Ethiopia, one on its ancient history, one on its modern story (1800 to today). 🇪🇹

I'll begin with the ancient history ... and it goes way back. Because modern humans - and before that, the ancestors of humans - almost certainly originated in Ethiopia. 🇪🇹 (sub-thread):

The first likely historical reference to Ethiopia is ancient Egyptian records of trade expeditions to the "Land of Punt" in search of gold, ebony, ivory, incense, and wild animals, starting in c 2500 BC 🇪🇹

Ethiopians themselves believe that the Queen of Sheba, who visited Israel's King Solomon in the Bible (c 950 BC), came from Ethiopia (not Yemen, as others believe). Here she is meeting Solomon in a stain-glassed window in Addis Ababa's Holy Trinity Church. 🇪🇹

References to the Queen of Sheba are everywhere in Ethiopia. The national airline's frequent flier miles are even called "ShebaMiles". 🇪🇹
